Right un the heart of the old town.

It is on the first floor overlooking a restaurant, but the host has taken care of shades, in order to keep you privacy.

Fantastic location, great value for money, amazing communication

Amazing location, really good communication from host Andrej and beautifully clean inside. Andrej also supported with booking a trip to Plitvice Lakes and gave recommendations for local restaurants and advised of good transport links to and from the airport and what prices to expect. The best host I have had from a booking.com stay overall

The bed (in room 1) is two single beds pushed together so a bit of a gap creates in the middle

Quiet, centrally located, excellent host.

Absolutely excellent accommodation. Such a perfect location- just off the old city walls, 1 minute walk to the sea organ, quiet but near the old town. The host was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

I loved the location - near the old centre of Zadar, near the sea, near the airport bus stop. Very practical location - plus the owner is super friendly and responded fast to all our requests.

- Booking offered this apartment under different name (Charming and Historic Old Town Apartments) and then cancelled by Direct booker few days before departure - had to phone Direct booker, Booking and host to finally book the same apartment under Lady of health - Bed for 3rd guest not prepared and had to search for sheets in the evening - Noisy drilling one morning of our stay though this is not under hosts control and could happen anywhere - Leaking shower to be repaired or changed - Search for waste bins as no yellow and brown ones in the vicinity of the apartment, only green ones - Noticed a grill not cleaned after previous guests, probably not noticed by cleaning service

great option in Zadar

Great location in the city centre. We arrived late at night and could do a self check in which was very fast and well explained. The host also recommended us some places to visit which we went to and all were great! The room is spacious and clean, AC working perfectly for this heat, and a nice small fridge to store food. There was an iron in the hallway which was useful too.

Location was amazing!! Located in the city with easy access to everything. Host was responsive with additional requests (ran out of toilet paper but were delivered some within the hour).

No free parking at location. Had to find street parking and pay for it at pay stations.

It was a very pleasant stay!

The location is perfect for exploring the old town - it’s very central but a bit away from main touristic streets with a cute little park in front, once you cross the few meters of the park, you are right in the old city.

Very nice and helpful host. Apartment clean, big, very well equipped, looking really good. Localization in Old Town, near main attractions but suprisingly quiet. Definitely worth recommending.

Wish I had stayed longer!

I originally planned on spending 2 full days at Zadar, but weather induced ferry cancellations had me there on a reduced time. The apartment was very well located in the old town, steps from the Monument to the Sun and the Sea Organ. Andrej was very friendly and accommodating and would’ve given me more travel tips had I had more time there. I guess I’ll just have to go back!

No view from my room. There was a nice square in front of the building, but my room faced an enclosed alleyway.

Great location, clean room , everything was nice

Everything was great , price =quality, Andrej , the owner of Apartments was very useful, he recommended us very good restaurant ( Bruschetta), we went there every evening, room was clean , a/c was working properly , beds were comfortable, location is central , breakfast was also very tasty , very good impression

Apartments are on the ground floor , so was not enough day light in the room , but we didn’t care , didn’t spend so much time in the room anyway:D

Bel endroit pour pour explorer Zadar et ses environs

Appartement consistant d’une belle et grande chambre avec vue sur un petit parc et une église (charmant!), une petite cuisine (un peu sombre avec équipement minimaliste mais correct) et une salle de bains basique. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement dans la vieille ville à proximité du centre historique et ses zones piétonnes et la proximité de la mer et des embarcadères pour visiter les îles. L’ambiance est paisible même en très haute saison.

Rien de grave, mais des odeurs un peu désagréables dans la salle de bain.

Pulizia scarsa. Polvere sui comodini, odore fastidioso entrando in stanza. Copri lenzuolo del letto messo al contrario. Ragni nei muri del bagno… boh. Neanche una bottiglia in frigo per ospitalità. La bottiglia l’ho lasciata io prima di andarmene… utensili da cucina per cui ti lasciano la spugna e il detersivo dei piatti, ma cmq sporchi di per sè. Non mi è piaciuto. Non ci tornerei. Ottima posizione ma Mi aspettavo di meglio

Nocleg był odpowiedni, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, wygodny i blisko centrum. My spędziliśmy tam 4noce i było to idea

Nocleg w centrum, także wszędzie było blisko. Stosunek jakości do ceny też odpowiedni. Cenie również kontakt z właścicielem, który odpowiadał bardzo szybko, zawsze z życzliwością.

Jedna z rolet automatycznych była zepsuta, przez co nie mogliśmy całkowicie zasłonić okien w pokoju. Mojemu partnerowi akurat przeszkadza światło w nocy, stad było to trochę uporczywe.
