Interesting apartment, design and furniture, very good location, everything is 5-10 min walk from this place, cozy small inner yard - we had a really good deep sleep at this place.

TV in the living room isn't working at all, there is no instruction how to operate that TV.

자다르의 바다 오르간과 가깝고 아파트가 매우 깨끗합니다. 주차 안내를 해주러 직접 아들이 나와주어 고마웠습니다. 주방시설이 좋고 숙소 크기도 좋습니다. 자다르는 매우 인상 깊고 편안한 도시였습니다. 주차를 조심해야합니다. 잠시 주차하고 주차 기계를 찾는 사이에 7유로의 벌금이 부과되었습니다. 숙소의 위치와 주차장도 가까우며 숙소는 구도심에 있어 관광이 하기에 편리한 위치입니다. 추천 하는 숙소 입니다.

I had much higher hopes for this stay based on the glowing reviews. Unfortunately, the rudeness and lack of respect from the host really soured the experience for me. I was dropping my kids off with family and booked the apartment to break up the drive back. The host sent the information to access the apartment only as images, which would not load properly on my phone, so when we arrived the only information I had was the address and a keybox code. After having dragged our bags through a crowded city in 37 heat, we were very ready to have some water and rest for a minute before the ferry. Unfortunately, the host did not answer any of my seven phone calls. After attempting to open every lock box I could find, we found one that opened with the combination she sent. It was then, 10 minutes after the last time she had declined my call, that I received a long Booking message threatening to fine me 500 euros each for having my two children in the apartment, which I had booked for myself. No greeting, no hope you got in ok. She did not apologize about not answering the phone, only stated that she worked hard and deserved some time without answering the phone (which would be understandable if you weren't expecting paying guests. Someone calling 7 times clearly needs attention, especially in a heat wave.) The rudeness of the host aside, the apartment was clearly cleaned in a hurry. The refrigerator had not been wiped down and there was a dirty cleaning rag in the kitchen sink. While the AC was on full blast, the hot water heater had not been turned on so I had to wait to rinse off. The shower itself looked fancy but was barely functional, with the rain showerhead leaking so that the water went every way but down. The building is such that you can hear every footstep from the floor above, which undoes some of the charm of the otherwise quiet location. As a frequent traveler to Zadar, I had hoped to find another apartment for our rotation. This was not it.
