The location was indeed very good, right in the center of the city yet on a quiet second floor of a historic building with windows facing the inner courtyards. The apartment is an open space spacious studio with no doors between the kitchen and bedroom area. It is very nicely furnished with e.g. a soft mattress and a big bed with a nice metal frame, a wardrobe with good quality hangers (not the plastic cheap ones), nice atmospheric lighting, a good size kitchen table and all necessary kitchen equipment. The air-conditioning works very well. You can find some cooking essentials like cooking oil, tea, coffee, grains, condiments (salt, pepper, spices) in the cupboards which is very handy during a short stay. The kitchen is equipped with a regular size cooker, extractor fan, oven, fridge, and a microwave and there are plenty of utensils, pottery and glassware. The issues other reviewers raised about a bad smell and a small size of the bathroom and shower didn't bother me at all: the sewage smell appears only sometimes and disappears rather quickly, you can also stifle it by closing the sliding bathroom door. The size of the bathroom and shower seem standard enough and there's plenty of towels, some toiletries and a decent supply of toilet paper at your disposal, which is a huge plus. The apartment and the bed linen was very clean. The owner was responsive and flexible and quickly answered my questions via the booking chat. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would rent the place again if needed.

I was sometimes bothered by some noises coming from upstairs or next door neighbors. I could hear loud conversations, door slamming, moving the furniture or when they used the shower late at night. Due to a specific location of the apartment which is part of a larger flat with a shared corridor leading to the rest of the flat, you can hear when people walk past your door, talk as well as the owner's dog. Fortunately it's not very disturbing, it's rather quiet most of the time.

super Lage, sehr zentral und nur wenige Meter von Restaurants, Geschäften und dem Meer entfernt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Auch die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Zadar kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

Location was amazing, probably the best located apartment in Zadar. Plenty of room inside with lots of facilities and kit for cooking. Would be great for a long stay as it's large with 3 rooms and has everything you could possibly want to live like you were at home. Very quiet and comfortable. Good bed and silent at night.

Shower needs some refurbishment but wasn't a problem for us.
