On the positive side, the location is excellent, the self-check-in was very easy because of the navigations provided, the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped, and the host have been extremely helpful and attentive during the stay. A great example was when we asked about towel replacement late in the evening, and we immediately received access to the utility room, which was very kind and practical. We really appreciated this kind of support. Finally, the common part was pleasurable to spend time in.

Since the reviews of the place were almost perfect, we were expecting something close to flawless, however it turned out to be a little challenging for us. Firstly, there was a persistent humidity (clothes did not dry) and noticeable basement smell, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. It was very hard to ignore and it discouraged to spend time in the room. In addition, the limited natural light, the proximity of a restaurant just behind the wall (light and noise at night), also added some discomfort.
