It is really noisy in the night due to central location and air conditioning did not work in 1 room

The shower curtain and bathmat could have been changed

Apartment is in a good location - close (minutes) to the shops and restaurants, and the sea organ. Area itself was very safe and quiet. The apartment is really big and spacious, much bigger than the photos suggest and was very clean. Everything functioned perfectly, eg washing machine, wifi, kitchen equipment and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, mugs and glasses. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay at Toni’s apartment and have no complaints. Toni himself is an excellent host, really good communication and he provided clear instructions for check-in. We arrived at around midnight and had no issues with checking in. Really recommended, would love to stay again if we return to Zadar - Hvala Toni!

Nothing, really happy with the property.

The location is perfect. Apartment is clean n comfortable. Everything works.

Water pressure in the bathroom is little less but it’s manageable.
