It was located in the Old Town. Very close to the Sea Organ and the walkway along the sea. Lots of restaurants nearby

Great place to stay in Zadar

Location of the property is fantastic, close to the sea organ and in the old town. Parking was available close to the apartment and the cost was very reasonable. The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent.

Small but comfortable!

Great location, super clean, very comfortable bed. Extremely friendly staff with helpful tips for the area. Fantastic sushi restaurant next door.

Comfortable apartment right in the heart of the old town

The location is excellent - you are a two minute walk from the roman ruins, the main street and the sea organ. The apartment is compact and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The shower was good and there was a small kitchen area with a coffee maker and capsules. The host was very helpful, pointing out key attractions, supermarket locations and suggested several restaurants. We recommend this for the location and for the comfortable apartment.

Although location is good, the experience is generally sub-standard.

location, location, location.

The free carpark is full of rocks and stones and very uneven. Very tight and difficult to manouvere. "Frightening" to park there. Wifi was horrible. Couldn't connect the whole night until late around 11pm !! And again, can't connect to wifi the next day. Finally, mentioned that reception open from 2pm to 8pm, but it was not open when we were there at 2.30pm. Luckily I have data plan and was able to receive check-in instructions via booking.com.

location was really good in the old town a minute from everything but quiet. The room was very clean and the hosts were good.

Whilst the location was excellent and the place was clean the room was quite small and the bathroom, especially the shower was very tight. Good for a couple of days but not much longer. It was good value though.

I couldn't choose better

Perfect accomodation. I couldn't choose better. The locality is perfect, just few meters from the sea on the one side, and few meters from the city center on the other side. Also it is just 5min by walk from bus stop which is going directly to airport. The personal was friendly, they contacted me through messages where we communicated all details. As I arrived late and left very early there is a possibility of selfcheck-in/out. I had the apartment on the top floor and view was so nice. The room was very clean and so cozy. In the kitchen you can find everything you need for longer stay. I highly recommend this place.

Little minus is that fridge sometimes makes really loud noise which woke me up at night, but after 15-20min it stops so is OK.

Central apartment

This apartment is a gem! It's clean, well-sized, and couldn't be more centrally located for exploring the old town on foot. What truly made our trip was our host, Karlo. He provided us with a quick and useful overview of the area including lovely restaurant recommendations and super helpful when it came to navigating the narrow car park. His assistance and hospitality were top-notch

It was a lovely experience and will definitely be coming back to such a beautiful place!

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, they answered any questions we had and even gave recommendations of the best places to see and eat. The bed was so comfortable and the 2 quilts were very convenient as my partner gets very warm at night and i remain cold, it gave each of us the option to have a cover or not. The location of the apartment is 10/10, it’s roughly a 2 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the old town but the area around the apartment is quiet so there is no issue with noise at all.

The only thing we missed is an oven as we decided to cook a few nights so we were unable to bake anything, other than that everything was perfect.

We loved staying at this quaint apartment for our honeymoon! It was the perfect spot to rest & relax

Very helpful amenities. The host was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and inviting upon arrival. He carried our bags in and greeted us outside the door. It was nice to have a kitchenette for making food in the apartment.

There is not much at all that did not meet our expectations. Even the parking situation (narrow streets and a narrow entrance to the lot) was well described, and we had no trouble accessing it. We would do it again, just make sure to have a small car.

Despite the small size of the apartment, the owners/designers have done very well to fit everything in a pleasing way that doesn’t feel too crowded. The air conditioning worked great, and it was very welcome during a heat wave. Karlo greeted us in such a friendly and professional way, was enthusiastic to meet our needs, and offered help with local attractions.

Great location

Fabulous location. Marco was so helpful carrying our bags up and down the spiral stairs. Free parking if you can find it.

In apartment 4 my side of the bed was against the wall, so no place for any bedside essential items. Had to crawl out the end of the bed during the night. Space only copes with small suitcases. Great room for younger guests but stairs can be a challenge for older guests or those with reduced mobility.

Beautifully clean. A great location. Right in the old town. Wonderful staff. Perfect.

It is up steep stairs. Not a problem if you have good mobility and can carry luggage. Parking is really tight through a narrow gap. Ok if you have a small car or are are good driver. Parking otherwise is €1.30 per hour up to 10 PM and then charging again starts at 8 AM so need to factor this into your costs.

Clean, IKEA style, but all new and working. Few things were released, but it looks to be fixed as a general approach seems to be caring. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to stay in Zadar old town

The location is perfect to enjoy the visit of Zadar old town. The apartment is nice, well equipped and the bed is very comfortable and it was perfectly clean. Everything is at walking distance. A free parking is right at the bottom of the building. Many thanks to our host Karlo was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices for the visit and restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay in Zadar and in Donat apartment. We can only recommend to stay in this place.

Amazing stay in Zadar!

The room was big and complete of utilities also for longer stays. Karlo, the host, is an amazing person! He suggested us a lot of things to do nearby and some traditional Konobas, making us having an amazing stay in Zadar.

We had a small problem with hot water, it was not fully available when we arrived and we needed to wait a bit before having a shower.. but as soon as we asked Karlo, he promptly tried to adjust the problem!

Great stay that met our requirements.

Everything was made available easily. We arrived late and left early. Didn't see the host at all but they made it convenient to access and leave, without any hassle. The room was spacious and it was clean. It was perfect for our requirements.

This was actually my mistake. I had sprained my ankle just before we arrived, which I did not inform the host. Our room was at the top floor and we had to take the stairs up. It was difficult with the suitcase and a sprained ankle. In hindsight, I should have informed the host ahead of time, and I'm sure if they were able to, they would have given me a room at a lower level. In any case, it worked out fine.

The apartments are in a great location. Literally a stones throw to the Roman forum and the main square. The staff Karlo was incredibly friendly, welcoming and informative.

The beds were quite narrow. We had a twin room and the single beds were very narrow.
