Perfection!

Honestly everything. Arrived very late at night due to us missing the bus but upon entering the room, we were just so comforted that everything was perfect. Hosts were so amazing and helpful that we felt so welcomed despite not meeting in person. Room was very tastefully designed, everything you would need is in it. We were given some refreshments in the fridge which we truly appreciated. Location was in the old town but was away from the noise.

Not a dislike but upon entering the main door of the building, it was rather dark till the sensor kicked in. This is negligible as we did arrive very late in the night. Maybe a slightly brighter light would be helpful. 😁

Beautiful room in the old town

Everything! Location right in the old town, a few steps from the sea organ. Very quiet street. The room itself is perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely little kitchenette. Great communication from the owners about where to park.

Great place to stay

The room was like new, with a comfortable bed and pillows. It is well stocked with anything you might need. It's about a 4 minute walk into the city center.

If you have a car, make sure you let the owner know and understand where to park. We ended up with 2 parking tickets.

Perfect Location!!

The location was excellent! I loved being so close to the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun. I could go there any time of the day or night as that was my main purpose for going there. The host was great at communicating with me so that I could easily find the location. The codes to get in worked well and efficient for me. The place was perfect. Thank you very much!

Very comfortable apartment

A very pleasant and comfortable room, with a very big comfortable bed and a great shower. The hosts were very helpful in recommending good beaches to go to .location was very good and very close to the sea organ which is amazing.

The only downside was that the room was on the ground floor , so that meant that we didn't have any natural light coming in because the shutters were closed for security.

I would highly recommend anyone visiting Zadar to stay at the Olive Rooms. You will not be disappointed.

The property is totally renovated. It has a very comfortable king sized bed. It has a great refrigerator, plates, cutlery and kettle and coffee machine. It’s on a quiet laneway. It is close to restaurants, shops, museums a really nice park.

Beautiful Modern Apartment right in Old Town

We loved our 4 day stay at the Olive Rooms and would most definitely recommend it here . The location is superb, 5 min walk to Sea Organ and sea view, less than 5 mins to cafes, shops and restaurants. Large room, air-conditioning, extremely comfy bed, power shower, coffee maker and fridge stocked with drinks on arrival, a very welcome gesture. Wifi, Netflix and Prime were also a great addition. Our Hosts Mimi and Kiki couldn't do enough for us, brought fresh towels and restocked coffee/tea etc. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back.

The wardrobe was a little small for us, as we are both tall, it made storage a bit limited.

Amazing place, clean and close to everything while being quiet.

Location ideal for us not too close from the hyper center but close enough to everything you might need ! Very nice owners and very helpful and available. Everything was exceptionally clean and well thought. We absolutely adored this place!

Our main little negative observation would be the amount of light at night due to the boiler, the AC and other elements as well as the duvet which was very warm. Otherwise we definitely appreciated everything there was !

Fantastic central location, modern high spec apartment, great comms with owners

Perfect location in the centre of the old town down a quiet alleyway - no noise disturbance at all! Close to great selection of bars, restaurants and small grocery store. All main attractions of the old town within 10 mins easy walk. Apartment is very new and to a high spec, spotlessly clean. Owners left water, beer and soft drinks in the fridge - a very nice touch. Not large but a very comfortable stay for two people. Fantastic comms with the owners - offered a luggage storage facility at the apartment on checkout.

As with all cities, parking is limited. We chose to park outside the old town and walk to the apartment. Owner gave some great advice on options.

BEST place to stay in Zadar Old Town

Olive Rooms was the BEST place we have ever stayed at when on holiday. The room was lovely with great facilities including a stocked fridge and shower products. The mattress was memory foam and the comfiest bed we have ever slept on. Kiki and Mimi were so helpful, replying instantly to any questions we had. The location of the property was perfect, about 2 minutes walk away from the Bell Tower and main street of the Old Town. We would definitely return again.

The host was great at communicating with us. No coordination to meet or transfer of keys necessary as access was digital. Use of locker was a bonus as we had a late afternoon ferry to catch and wanted to walk around town without lugging our stuff all over the place. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. I’m a huge fan of coffee first thing in the morning so that was a plus. Plenty of cafes near by too. Location was excellent. Felt like a cozy private home rather than a hotel. Surprisingly quiet for being in the center. Room and restroom were clean and tidy, tastefully decorated. I especially liked the garden and that the room was on the ground floor. Would absolutely stay again.

A beautiful room in a perfect location!

My suite was gorgeous! I could tell care had been taken with every beautiful detail. I loved being in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops and the landmarks Zadar is famous for. I walked everywhere. The location was perfect! Communication with the host was excellent and check in/out was easy. I will stay again and recommend staying here to friends and family!

Ruhiges und sehr schönes Zimmer in der Altstadt

Für unsere 2 Übernachtungen in Zadar war das Zimmer einfach ideal: In einer völlig ruhigen Gasse in der Altstadt, alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, auch der Transferbus zum Flughafen. Es war auch angenehm kühl trotz sommerlich-hoher Temperaturen, so dass wir die Klimaanlage gar nicht brauchten. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der knappe Platz gut ausgenutzt; auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht (z.B. Bügelbrett). Das Bett war wunderbar. Für uns war auch der Check-in mit Code wichtig, weil wir sehr spät anreisten. Später hatten wir glücklicherweise zufällig die Gelegenheit, die herzliche Gastgeberin auch persönlich kennenzulernen.

Comfortabel, zalig en zeer hygiënisch.

Zeer comfortabel bed, mooie kamer ingericht met goede smaak. Alles was aanwezig, een lekker tasje koffie in de ochtend en Netflix kijken in de avond. Zeer snel contact met eigenaars, ze hebben zelfs een grotere kamer aangeboden omdat er iets met airco was, maar dat stoorde ons niet. En ze hebben ons zeer goed geholpen met parking te vinden. Alles is ook zeer kort bij zoals winkeltjes, restaurantjes, de zeedijk, de haven …… Een aanrader om eens over de oude stadsmuur te wandelen. Kortom, de accomodaties is ideaal gelegen, zeer comfortabel en met lieve eigenaars die steeds klaar staan om te helpen.

We misten een klein droogrekje om eventueel een strandhanddoek en een bikini te laten drogen.
