Olive Rooms

This is right in the center of Zadar, steps away from the Roman forum and the sea organ which you must see. A great shower but one needs to adjust it carefully to avoid being scalded. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. Our main complaint, at least on the two nights we were there (one when a festival was on and the other a Friday night) was that parking was very difficult to find (we ended up parking at the end of harbor). Even finding a space to unload/load the car was problematic. It would be great if you didn’t have a car.

Parking

It was nice and new and fresh - the room had every possible facility and items that we would need for our stay. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, air conditioning was on point. Little kitchenette was stocked with plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, coffee pod machine, pods, tea, sugar, creamer. Access was great and no stairs! Huge bonus. The apartment is very close to the sea organ and the light show - but foot traffic past the apartment is negligible and nighttime very quiet. The owner is a very lovely person who is very kind and approachable.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything aspect of the property

I loved absolutely everything about the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was awesome. The hosts have thought of everything, even leaving complimentary drinks in the fridge. The lockable cupboards for luggage storage after checkout were a bonus. The location is fantastic, in the Old Town, just 4-5 minutes from the Sea Organ. There is an outdoor garden area with a clothes airer which I found helpful. Importantly for me (I have mobility issues) the apartment is on the ground floor and paths and alleys surrounding it are flat and make for easy walking. I met the hosts who were extremely kind and helpful. If you need accommodation in Zadar you could not do better than Olive Rooms.

Alles was perfect. De kamer zag er exact uit als op de foto's. Alles was mooi, fris en heel modern. We hadden op voorhand de toegangscodes gekregen van de supervriendelijke host. We mochten al vroeger op onze kamer, maar zelfs als dat niet mogelijk is, zijn er lockers voorzien waar je je bagage in kan zetten. Enorm makkelijk! Ook de locatie was TOP! In het oude centrum, maar in een straatje waar weinig passage is, dus ook zonder straatlawaai! PERFECT!
