Olive Rooms

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Auch die Lage war top, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zum Baden eignet sich ein Sprung von der Promenade oder der öffentliche Strand ca. 15min entfernt. Ein großes Lob an die beiden Gastgeberinnen Kiki und Mimi, wir haben wirklich seltenst so eine angenehme und aufmerksame Umgangsweise erlebt! 11/10 Wir freuen uns schon auf unser nächstes Mal in den Olive Rooms Zadar. Excellent property close to sea organ. Very central location. The property was clean. Instructions for access very clear. Easy to locate.

We had a wonderful stay in Zadar! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and only a 2-minute walk from the famous Sea Organ. Despite being on the ground floor and right in the city centre, the street was surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, and the kitchen annex was well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was especially appreciated during the warmer days. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. We also really appreciated being able to leave our backpacks after checkout, which was a huge help before our departure. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zadar — we would happily stay here again!

Perfect location in old town close to everything. All places of interest within walking distance. Clean and comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others
