La ubicación es perfecta, prácticamente al lado de la catedral. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, moderno, limpio y muy bien equipado.
Es un tercero sin ascensor y el parking es público de pago. Para mi no fue ningún problema pero quizá son los puntos débiles

The accommodation was very well catered for with everything you could need. The location was amazing; a few short steps into the Old Town of Zadar and many of the tourists attractions. The weather was extremely warm whilst we were there and the air-co and shutter on the windows made it possible to get some restate from the heat whilst in the apartment.

The location was amazing and apartment was spotless; air con was much appreciated, and bed was super comfortable. Communication from host was clear and accessible.
No hot water so had cold showers, washing machine didn't work, and no lift so getting to 3rd floor with 75yr old, 7yr old, and mobility issues was a struggle. Also receiving email at 10pm the night before leaving with information regarding expectations on departure such as putting bins out, etc, was useful, but came too late as we had already gone to bed for our 2am check out.
