Perfect few days in Zadar

The location was fantastic and not sure you could beat it in Zadar. We could watch the sunset from the balcony and within seconds could be in the water straight off the promenade. Just round the corner from bars and restaurants. Flat was beautifully decorated and really comfortable. It was perfect.

We loved everything about our stay. For some people, they might find the stairwell and lift a bit off-putting but it really didn't bother us one bit as the apartment is so lovely and in a superb location.

Can not beat the location. It was clean it was everything we expected and more. If I had questions, Josip was one txt away.

Perfect

Fantastic location with sea and sunset view, very central and yet quiet, high quality rennovation and furnishing, cleanest place I've ever visited. 5th floor with two elevators. The host Josip is very responsive and helpful. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Clean, modern place in perfect location with amazing view.

Great location, right in the heart of old town, next to the seafront and Forum, with fantastic sea view with a balcony. Felt very safe there. Finding a place with an elevator is tough, but this place has two. There are about 6 steps to get up to where the elevator is located. The room was very modern, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. I was also able to watch Netflix, which was a bonus.

Check out time was 10 am and I wish it was later.

Super Apartment in zentraler Lage mit Meerblick

Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Unser Host Roko war super nett und hat uns flexibel zur Unterkunft und zurück zum Flughafen gefahren.

Warmwasserbereiter im Badezimmer war sehr laut, bei geschlossener Tür aber deutlich ruhiger. Apartments sind sehr hellhörig. Doch darüber kann man hinwegsehen, da die Wohnung wirklich toll ist und die Lage unschlagbar.

Super! Centraal en genieten van zonsondergang.

Mooie nieuwe kamer en badkamer. Comfortabel en licht. Goed balkon met een fenomenaal uitzicht en zonsondergang te zien. Heel centrale ligging. Uitstekend contact met de host.

Accommodatie heeft geen minpuntjes. Enige puntje is dan misschien de lift die naar de 5e etage gaat. Beetje krap en oud. Maar blij dat er een lift is!

Proper. Grotte kamer. Uitzicht. 2 flesjes water in frigo. Voldoende wc paper, handdoeken en handzeep. Zelfs wasmiddel voor de wasmaschine

Het gebouw zelf is niet mooi en iets,wat afgeleefd, maar de studio was perfect in orde. 'S nachts viel het licht in de traphal steeds uit. Als vrouw alleen zou ik het wat akelig vinden.

Moderna soba u samom centru grada

Domaćin jako uslužan i brz u komunikaciji, Josip zaslužuje ne 10, nego 11. Sam smještaj je uglavnom bio kako je i na fotografijama. Na krevetu su bila dva velika jastuka i tanki pokrivač, očekivala sam po dva jastuka, kako obično bude, ali u redu, nisu bili neudobni. Balkon je uređen shodno dimenzijama (barski stol i stolice) i ima sklopivo sušilo na zidu što je odlično za sušenje ručnika. Tuš kabina nije preskučena. Još jedan plus je rasvjeta koja se može dosta prilagođavati. Lokacija je savršena za istraživanje grada. Iako je soba na 5. katu, zgrada ima lift pa koferi nisu problem.

Sve površine su glatke i vidi se da je nedavno obnovljeno pa se i svaka dlaka vidi. Ne želim reći da je generalno bilo zmazano, ali neka mjesta su očito bila sfušarena i to ,nažalost, kupaonica. Krevet je bio besprijekorno namješten i dio oko kuhala i ispod televizora nije imao ni malo prašine. Međutim, kupaonica je bila druga priča. A kad sam krenula sama prebrisati površine dezinficijensom i izula se, shvatila sam da je i pod vidio bolje dane. Iza lavaboa bilo je kose i prašine, na podu kraj ormarića nekakav celofan, a neki ručnici su imali žute fleke. Srećom smo imali par svojih ručnika. Nije to ništa strašno i za pretpostaviti je da su fleke od sredstava za tamnjenje i da se ne daju isprati, ali kad odete na godišnji ne želite se igrati detektiva od kud fleka i čija je kosa koja je ostala. Pogotovo ako ste s djetetom ili tinejdžerom koji takve stvari neće ni primjetiti. Boravak je uglavnom bio ugodan i soba je inače u redu. Moram napomenuti, jesmo ušle ranije od navedenog vremena (iza 1, umjesto 4), ali to ne bi trebalo biti opravdanje jer smo se čuli s domaćinom koji je čekao da čistačice završe.

Keine, von der Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellte Parkplätze. Alles nur im öffentlichen Bereich möglich. Kein Handtuchwechsel möglich, auch nach nachfragen. Frühstück keines dabei und auch nicht soo easy oder preiswert in der Nähe zu bekommen.

Situation fantastique

Dans un immeuble résidentiel local, front de mer, au 5eme étage un studio et deux chambres. Nous avions le studio. Proche de tous les centres d’intérêt à pied dans la vieille ville. Josip notre hôte est connecté sur whatsapp si besoin. Le studio est equipé avec tout ce qu’il faut, salle de bain avec douche italienne et lave linge. Belle literie. Tout est neuf et très bien décoré. Bien pensé, les rangements, mobilier sur la terrasse, avec vue sur le coucher de soleil de Zadar. Les volets, rideaux, moustiquaires sont un plus. Nous avons admirablement bien dormi. Essuies compris. Bouteille d’eau dans le frigo et café, une belle attention. Merci.

Tout était parfait. Pas de cafetière mais une bouilloire avec café soluble. Peut-être au moins une cafetière italienne pour les amateurs. Un balai et un ramasse miettes bienvenue.
