LUMANIS Litus

We liked the location, close to everything bars, restaurants, the waterfront the Roman forum and in the heart of the old town overlooking the sea which was a nice bonus . The apartment was spotlessly clean which we really appreciated. It had everything we needed and any extras were brought to us by the very welcoming and lovely hosts Luka and Andri. All communications with them were great with quick responses and they were very helpful providing detailed information for any questions that we had.

No fault of the property itself but due to its location it was never possible to park outside and we had to put the hire car in a garage centre a 15 minute walk away from the apartment where we had to pay €90 for a weekly card, but we understood that is a consequence of staying in the old town but it’s worth it. We could not make use of the balcony as it was so hot outside together with the Aircon unit heat but obviously going at other times in the year that wouldn’t be a problem

The location is perfect, old town and lovely restaurants all in walkable distance, also gorgeous views onto the water.

Apartment is beautiful and in great location, balcony view was gorgeous! Hosts are very kind and helpful. Very modern and clean place close to all important things. Zadar itself is a place worth visiting.
