A great apartment in Zadara

The apartment is beautiful. Great location just off the main street in Zadar. Had an issue with the air conditioning on arrival but was sorted immediately. Frenki the host was brilliant and would check on us vis WhatsApp to make sure everything was good.

The breakfast was OK but limited. Price was probably on the high side.

Perfect location and the rooms were exactly what we wanted for the price. The host was super helpful and accommodating.

I would keep my expectations realistic with the breakfast. Its not a buffet. Avoid the English and American breakfast option. The Italian breakfast was doable.

Awesome flat in the centre of the old town

Perfect location in the old town of Zadar, modern rooms and Paolo was a great host (try his restaurant as well). Paolo was super helpful with anything we needed and always in a good mood

The shower drain was a bit blocked, otherwise everything was great.

Exceptional accommodation

The accommodation is located in the city center near the church and the nice restaurant Groppo and all other attractive tourist places. The room is clean, very modern and has everything you need for a stay of one or more days. The owners are very hospitable. Definitely one of the better accommodations I have ever stayed in.

The location was amazing. It's directly in the centre and it's incredibly convenient. I even recorded the sound from the apartment, because you could really enjoy the "white noise" of the street. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I don't think I've slept this good in years.

I think one item to consider would be the breakfast, which starts at 9:30 in a location close by. It was good and tasty, staff was also very nice, but if you're an early bird and want to take a day trip, you might need to miss it.

Wonderful apartment and host!

Apartment is amazing, location is perfect. Host is so helpful and welcomed, I was able to contact him anytime and get answers to some of my questions. It was the most amazing place I ever stayed before.

People with sensitive sleeping can have a problem, because of the old building - isolation is bad. I had earplugs, it saved me.

Convenient location and great hosts

The hosts were very helpful and answered all of our questions and queries regarding the accommodation or Zadar in general. They also decorated the room in rose petals and provided a free bottle of wine to make out anniversary a bit more special. It was very appreciated.

We paid £222 for 2 nights. The room was lovely, modern, clean and comfortable but for the amount of money we paid it was rather small so the value for money wasn't great. Then again, we came middle of August so the high prices are expected.

Comfortable, convenient, pleasant

Everything about this place is fantastic. Perfect location, modern and classy interior design, furniture with great storage solutions, really comfy beds, AC with many settings, mineral water, electric kettle, smart TV, cosy yet spacious bathroom with even garbage bags so we could remove the garbage as often as we wanted and place it in a special bin in the main corridor. We had an amazing steamer to keep our clotes ironed and neat. The Owner as well as his coworkers are truly welcoming, hospitable and caring and very helpful. The contact before, during and after the stay was constant, every question was answered. We felt very well taken care of. We want to make Zadar the next summer haven on our travel map. We only wish our holiday had been longer.

Δωμάτιο στην καλύερη τοποθεσία της πόλης. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας συνοδευσε και μας έδειξε το δωμάτιο,τις παροχές και τα κατατόπια καθως διατηρούσε και ενα εστιατοριο ακριβως δίπλα απο τα δωμάτια. Μοντέρνο δωμάτιο με πολλες παροχές που σε καλύπτουν στο επακρον.

Sehr guter und persönlicher Service durch Frenki! Super Lage, modernes Zimmer und das Essen im Restaurant Groppo

Die Unterkunft ist nicht leicht zu finden, da es kein Hotel ist, sondern eine Privatunterkunft mi 3 Zimmern! Hinweis auf Restaurant Groppo wäre gut! Es gibt während des Aufenthaltes keine Zimmerreinigung! Handtücher Service funktioniert aber perfekt! Man darf sich kein Hotel erwarten, sondern eine perfekt geführte und wirklich schöne Unterkunft!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung hat uns wahnsinnig gut gefallen. Das Apartment hat eine ausgesprochen gute Lage, um direkt die Altstadt erkunden zu können. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Frühstück ist gut, nur könnte das Angebot etwas größer sein.
