Ubicación en Zadar, apartamento muy moderno, vistas tremendas al mar desde las habitaciones al estar en una tercera planta
En las habitaciones no había aire acondicionado, solo unos ventiladores que hacían bastante ruido y no enfriaban mucho. Pedí recomendación en dos ocasiones sobre dónde aparcar allí y el anfitrión nunca respondió. Faltaban detalles como un agua o algo... aunque sé que no está obligado

A localização é, sem dúvida, o grande destaque desta hospedagem. Fica muito próxima ao centro histórico de Zadar, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé. Os quartos são espaçosos e o custo-benefício é razoável. No geral, é uma opção aceitável pela excelente localização, mas eu não recomendaria para quem viaja com muita bagagem, tem dificuldades de locomoção ou procura mais conforto.
O prédio é muito mal cuidado e a aparência causa uma primeira impressão ruim. O apartamento fica em um andar alto, sem elevador, o que torna bastante difícil o acesso para quem viaja com malas pesadas. O banheiro é extremamente pequeno, especialmente o box do chuveiro, o que tornou o banho bastante desconfortável. Os colchões também não são bons e aparentam estar bastante desgastados.
