Très belle vues sur le clocher de l'église ainsi que sur la mer. Appartement avec chambres très grandes, à moins de 5 minutes de la cathédrale. Facile de se garer près de l'appartement.
Présences de quelques petites marche à l'entrée des pièces donc attention aux pieds.

A localização é, sem dúvida, o grande destaque desta hospedagem. Fica muito próxima ao centro histórico de Zadar, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé. Os quartos são espaçosos e o custo-benefício é razoável. No geral, é uma opção aceitável pela excelente localização, mas eu não recomendaria para quem viaja com muita bagagem, tem dificuldades de locomoção ou procura mais conforto.
O prédio é muito mal cuidado e a aparência causa uma primeira impressão ruim. O apartamento fica em um andar alto, sem elevador, o que torna bastante difícil o acesso para quem viaja com malas pesadas. O banheiro é extremamente pequeno, especialmente o box do chuveiro, o que tornou o banho bastante desconfortável. Os colchões também não são bons e aparentam estar bastante desgastados.
