Location is amazing. This is our second time staying in old town and it’s absolutely wonderful. The old buildings, shops, restaurants and stores at the foot of the building. The sea organ and lights just a 3 min walk.
The bedrooms are really spacious and one room has a king and double so it’s very helpful w children.
It’s little but good for a few night stay.

La pulizia non era il massimo, per una notte va bene ma consiglierei una pulizia piu' accurata.

Bedrooms were good sizes and it was very close to the old town and all amenities.
First impressions were that is was dated but looked pretty clean. However, as we looked closer there was black mould beneath the bath taps, the shower curtain had pink slime mould all along the bottom and the toilet was stained. I had to go out and buy a bottle of bleach to clean them all. My husband cleaned all the light fittings which were full of dead flies etc and we had to buy a light bulb for the hall as it had gone and was pitch black at night. Tops of cupboards and wardrobes hadn't been cleaned for months...I'm no clean freak but this was nowhere near an acceptable level to rent out. There were towels supplied but they looked about 20 years old and we're rough as sandpaper. On top of all that the balcony from the living area looked out onto a derelict piece of land with run down buildings and the others looked out on a solid wall....even if you wanted to sit out there was no furniture to sit on except for one old paint splattered chair which had obviously been taken from the restaurant downstairs.
