Gute Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr viele gastronomische Möglichkeiten aller Art in der nähereren Umgebung, die besonders am Abend sehr gut genutzt werden. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen in allen Einrichtungen. Einrichtung des Appartments ist in Ordnung. Vorrat für verschiedene heiße Getränke bereits vorhanden.
Die Anleitung zum Erhalt des Schlüssels zum Appartment ist unzureichend, Skizze oder Bild mit Lage des Schlüsselkastens wäre sinnvoll. Installation der Klimaanlage ist ungünstig gelöst, da kühler Luftstrom direkt auf die Betten gelenkt wird. Die anfängliche hohe Geruchsbelastung im Sanitärtrakt kann nur durch ständigen Betrieb der Entlüftungsanlage der Küche vermindert werden. An den Silikonfugen im Sanitärtrakt beginnt die Bildung von Schwarzschimmel.
