Fair for its price

- Smooth check-in & check-our experience, carried out with instructions given from a distance - Very clean and relatively quiet - There's a kitchen corner - Very close to the most interesting side of Zadar

- The bed felt kind of small - There's an electric burner, but I couldn't find a pan - The room I was given is on the ground floor, which isn't my preference when given a choice - In winter, the entrance door seems not to keep the cold outside properly

I used the accommodation for one night, located in the center of Zadar. Everything prepared, cozy and clean. I checked-in myself. Communication with the hostess was smooth! Public bus stop nearby, morning bus to the airport costs 5€

Comfortable and in great location

Small but, because of its practical furnishing, still spacious apartment, very good bathroom and the bath itself, comfortable bed and linens, spotlessly clean. Near everywhere of interest. Host Snjezana is helpful and understanding. We'd gladly be back!

Only caveat would be for people with heavy luggage or mobility problems: the slim staircase. But outside that, a great choice.

The perfect location with the perfect host

Our stay at EMA House was fantastic. The communication with our host, Snjezana, ahead of our stay was very clear. We were arriving prior to check-in time, and as well as agreeing we could leave our bags, the room was ready early for us. It was a lovely place in a very central location, and we didn't hear any noise from outside. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great apartment, great location

The apartment is located right in the heart of the old town, ideal for seeing all main attractions and dining out. Only 15-20 minutes to airport bus stop. The property was spotlessly clean, and the host was very helpful and friendly; the early check in was much appreciated.

Great location, very comfortable apartment, very lovely and responsive host.

The location is excellent and surprisingly quiet once you close the windows at night. The host was amazing, very responsive and caring. The city centre had a burst water pipe issue for half a day and there was no running water, the host acted quickly and dropped off lots of fresh water to use. The washing machine downstairs was fantastic.

Very well located in Zadar with a very helpful host

The apartment is well located in Zadar and was very clean. The host provided clear instructions on how to get the keys and also helped with recommendations of where to eat in Zadar.

The bed has a deep indentation in it which made it quite uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and super convenient to all the sights and scenes of Old Town Zadar.

Fantastic location and extremely clean and comfortable. This was a perfect spot to stay if you want to have great access to Zadar Old Town and cook basic meals/do laundry - also super close to the party scene, if that’s on your list, but so quiet once inside! The host provided excellent instructions and answered all questions well. I would gladly return!

My very minor/nitpicky things: I would have liked a couple of decent knives for chopping salad and bread. Also there is no patio/ terrace for outdoor space, but you can take your food on a 2-3 minute walk to the waterfront and that’s even nicer!

Location is great, right in the old town but also convenient to get close to with the car. Host is very responsive and helpful!

Stairs to get to the room are quite narrow so challenging to go up/down with the luggage. Host was very helpful and helped getting the luggage downstairs though!

Very nice room in good location

Very good location in the old town (quiet yet central), very clean, has everything you could ask for. And the owner was also very nice. I arrived earlier than the check in time stated here, so she made the room ready for me earlier!

Superb

I got a 2 hour check-out extension from the hostess. She also asked a neighbor to take care of my suitcase until my evening departure to the airport. The room was perfectly clean, the bed was good, and the shower felt heavenly. The beach of the old town is just a few minutes away !

The internet was intermittent. According to the hostess, this is frequent in Zadar town. The airport bus (4.6 euros) somehow did not reach the old town area when I arrived. It finished at the bus terminal, so I had to rent a taxi cab in the tremendous heat for 15 euros to get to the peninsular ("poluotok") old town gate. On the way back to the airport however, I could catch the bus at the old town stop.

careful owner!

I liked everything, specially the owner, she’s careful, so if you are traveling alone or not, this is for you.

the location is good but if you want to rest and sleep well, in my opinion it is not good located. Too loud from outside, too many people walking, screaming and partying outside of the studio and you can hear everything. It is not owner’s fault, the owner is fantastic and studio too. I’m just saying that if you want to rest or have a good sleep, this is not the best option.
