Location is good 👍 Kitchen with everything what you need 👍 Fridge 👏 Spacious room with tv, bed and sofa 🛋️👍

Until 2am it is quite noisy from nearby bars.🤪 The size of the shower is very small🤪

The location is outstanding and hard to beat if you want to explore Zadar’s Old Town. The seaside promenade is only about a minute away, the nearest beach is around a ten-minute walk, and there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés all within easy walking distance. The apartment was actually much nicer than the photos suggested. The layout was slightly different, with the bed positioned in a more practical way, making the space feel even better. It was quite clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the towel hooks in the bathroom, dishwashing supplies in the kitchen, and even a clothesline outside the window for drying clothes. The kitchen was well equipped with almost everything needed for cooking. Only a few bowls would have been a nice addition. Despite one previous review mentioning hot water issues, we had no problems at all. Hot water was available quickly, even after switching the water heater back on, and the water pressure was good. Communication with the host was easy, and the self-check-in worked perfectly, allowing us to arrive after midnight without any problems. Overall, the apartment offered excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again. BTW: More towels are in the wardrobe...

The apartment is located next to one of the busiest nightlife areas in Zadar, so it is not particularly quiet at night. This wasn’t a problem for us as earplugs solved it, but light sleepers should be aware. The apartment is on the first floor and is not wheelchair accessible. The apartment entrance door lock could sometimes be a little difficult to operate and occasionally required several attempts before opening. The shower head sprayed water in multiple directions and would benefit from either descaling or replacement.

The apartment is located in the very center of Zadar in a vibrant area by the restaurants and the sea. Self check-in was a plus. The owner was very friendly and the communication was great.
