It was a little dirty for my gf (floor was sticky, bathroom had some hairs and dirty spots. As a guy I didn’t care as much)

Just a 10/10!

The host was one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He helped me with check-in and was very understanding. We had a good chat about football and both of our countries. The apartment itself is super complete and spacious, especially for one person. Also, very fast wi-fi so perfect for remote work. Price-quality wise it exceeded my expectations totally. Recommended.

Quite good for a couple of days, but for longer stay I’d prefer cleaner and quiter place (and with curtains and kettle)

Lots of light in the apartment, dish, hair dryer, washing machine. Not far from the beach

Not 100% clean, broken closet, poor bed, no kettle (!), no curtains so the morning sun will wake you up no matter if you want it or not. Construction right under the windows - a lot of noice from early morning

Fantastic!

We stayed in this apartment for three days with my friend and absolutely loved it! Everything was spotlessly clean, the building is new and the apartment itself looks freshly renovated. The location is great — quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, and the bed was cozy. There was also a large TV with working Netflix, which was a nice bonus and something we don’t often find in other places. Considering the high quality of the apartment, the price was very reasonable. Honestly, this was one of the best stays we’ve ever had — we would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. I immediately found the rent receipt upon moving in; everything was very clean and tidy. The only things missing were an iron (or maybe I couldn't find one) and a microwave, but with all the amenities, you wouldn't even notice.

- Friendly host who met us on site (even though we arrived at slightly wrong location!) - Very clean, spacious apartment. Well equipped. - Easy check in/out - Good communication when needed throughout stay

- Slightly tricky to locate using Google Maps. However, the host met us quickly and walked us to the apartment which was very kind. - Further from the old town than we expected (approx. 35 min walk)

Schöner Urlaub

Die Lage war für uns ideal. Halbe Stunde Fußweg in die Altstadt oder Fahrt mit Bolt für 4-5 Euro. Halbe Stunde zu Fuß zum Strand Borik oder 5 min mit dem Auto. 5 min Fußläufig sind 2 Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei und ein Metzger erreichbar. Zu empfehlen: Restaurant Mamma Mia (10 min zu Fuß). Es war eine zusätzliche Auflage auf dem Schlafsofa, was den Komfort deutlich erhöhte. Parkplatz zur Wohnung vorhanden. Im Gebäude ist ein Aufzug, man erreicht barrierefrei die Wohnung. Gute Preis-Leistung.

Es wird ein weiterer Gebäudekomplex gebaut. Der Blick aus dem Fenster oder vom Balkon auf die Baustelle ist nicht mehr so schön. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.
