Great host, very comfortable beds.

Beds were great, host was very friendly and helpful. We felt at ease and she pointed out details of restaurants, attractions and details about the apartment that helped us have a great visit to Zadar.

Shower drain was not working properly and Anna said she would fix it as soon as we left. She had not been made aware of it.

Aircon wasn’t working Perhaps cleaning the cover for the couch would be good as it smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Whilst having the bed elevated high with a ladder to get up to it was fun, an elderly couple may have a problem with sleeping arrangements.

Incredible 😍

The space utilization is very good, which makes the apartment quite spacious, especially with the bed being up. You have to go up to the bed with the ladder, so be careful in case you have some difficulties, but otherwise it was very comfortable. The lady owning the place is extremely nice and helpful, she gave us advice and welcomed us kindly

Had a really lovely stay here

Everything was clean and comfortable and Anna was really helpful. Kitchen seemed well equipped. I only stayed one night but wish I’d had longer. You can walk to a beach and the old town in 15-20mins and a cab to the airport only takes 20 mins, supermarket is only 5 mins walk away. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Zadar.

Nice stay at Zadar

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 people, very clean and comfortable. 25 min away walking to the city center, connected by a few bus lines that take you closer to the city center or directly to the bus main station. 20 min walk to a little beach. The owner was very kind and welcoming, providing indications to get around.

The property was clean and well equipped. The location was convenient, quiet area. The host was helpful.

I did not like the fact the key to the property was handel over to me personally. I would rather prefer to grab them from the key locker box and get all the instructions via booking.

The facilities were excellent, clean and up to date. It was easy to find, in a quiet area.

Communication could have been clearer. We were asked to alert her 15 minutes before arriving, which we did. 30 minutes after we arrived, I texted that we were there waiting. She promptly walked from the rear of the property. An unnecessary delay.

A clean, spacious apartment with everything needed and great value for the price

The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious, especially the bedrooms. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and was located about a 20-minute walk or short drive from the city centre. Great value for money.

Liked everything. One thing that would have been useful is a kitchen towel but apart from that the flat had everything from shampoo to mosquito nets!

I enjoyed every bit of my stay. There was acomfy bed, a well-equipped kitchen annex and an en-suite bathroom. The porch with foldable chairs and coffee table was great for having breakfast or dinner. The owner is lovely and helpful and will give you all necessary directions. The apartments are located literally 10 min away from the seafront and Zadar Marina, 5 min away from Lidl and 1 minute away from a bus stop that takes you to the centre (Poluotok) and the bus station (kolodvor).

Comfortable, 4-star apartment for a very cheap price.

We've got an apartment with 2 bedrooms that can easily fit 4 adults and more for a price that was a bargain. For the price we paid, this place exceed our expectations by far. It is newly renovated, comfortable, clean and has all the facilities you need. We had a car and it was about 5 minutes to the city center. Perhaps 20-30 minutes walking. Parking is large and free. Area is quiet. Host is friendly and helpful.

Excellent holiday

Accommodation fully satisfied my family's needs: the size, the equipment in the kitchen, furniture and bed - everything was on the good level. The bathroom was clean and properly working as well as air-conditioning. The nearest beach was within a 20 minute walk, the city center about 30-40 minutes; on the way there were some good restaurants to eat out. Brilliant!

The host was very friendly. They told us a little bit about Croatia, must see places in Zadar and some cozy restaurants. They met us at the airport in the middle of the night with our names on paper. We enjoyed the natural coffee and the coffeemaker.

We needed some oil, salt, pepper for cooking but we didn't bother the staff for that. Would be better to have this in the kitchen.
