The property is well located, with many restaurants and shops around which was easier for us to commute around the town.
All the apartment compartments were perfectly equipped with what we expected and needed.
Extremely calm with no noises throughout the day and night.
The staff member was lovely, friendly and communicative.
As soon as we stepped in the bathroom we’ve noticed that it wasn’t properly cleaned, it seemed like it needed a deeper cleaning before we arrived.
For future reference, bear in mind that the building doesn’t have a lift so if coming with heavy suitcases you might struggle with the amount of stairs.

Great central location in zadar old town
We were given very clear instructions on how to find the apartment
We were able to check in early which was perfect
Very comfortable bed and strong air conditioning
Great value for money
Big wardrobe space and desk
just be aware the apartment is up a lot of stairs so may not be suitable with heavy luggage
the bin in the bathroom was very small but manageable
the towel was falling of the wall slightly so may need to be fixed
But overall great value for money!!

Very central located.
Hard to locate the studio. The picture of the room did not match what we got. The room was not properly cleaned. Especially the floors. Lots of dark hairs all over (I am blonde so it was not mine). Also some dust and other.
