Great location, badly cleaned

Very central located.

Hard to locate the studio. The picture of the room did not match what we got. The room was not properly cleaned. Especially the floors. Lots of dark hairs all over (I am blonde so it was not mine). Also some dust and other.

Very central and perfect for a short stay

Location was excellent and the room was spotless.

Would be nice to have somewhere to come back and relax during the day, like a balcony or outside space. That said, I knew that before booking so it's a minor thing really.

It was very loud during the night and therefore hard to sleep. The window was not good isolated and so the music and noice from the street was very loud.

Less than expected but we had a good time.

Bed was comfortable and big. Motorcycle parking was free and nearby. Location was great but it's at the fourth floor. The shower was great. It was clean

The room was much smaller than in the pictures. Definitely not a 'full appartment'. It was more like a small hotel room. No couch and dining table as in the pictures. Only one roll of toilet paper.

Deludente, servizi da rivedere

Posizione

La stanza si trovava all'ultimo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore, con i dintorni molto rumorosi (campane e musica). Durante la nostra permanenza di 4 giorni non ci sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani (e non sono mai state effettuate le pulizie). Il lenzuolo del letto era talmente striminzito da non consentire a due persone di coprirsi adeguatamente durante la notte. Pur essendo in una località di mare, non c'era la possibilità di stendere ad asciugare i teli mare, costumi e teli da bagno, che restavano quindi costantemente umidi nello stesso ambiente in cui dormivamo (il bagno non aveva alcuna finestra). Non abbiamo trovato in camera shampoo e sapone che abbiamo dovuto richiedere al proprietario, nè un tappetino per la doccia. Infine non ci è stato concesso di depositare i bagagli dopo il check out, dovendo pagare per questo servizio presso apposite attività commerciali.

Posizione ottima e ad un prezzo molto conveniente avendo prenotato poco prima. In zona ci sono dei parcheggi a soli 0.30€/ora. Il letto era comodissimo.

La struttura non offriva il bagnoschiuma e soprattutto il tappetino per la doccia! In stanza c'è il bollitore, ma non viene fornita nemmeno una bustina di te o caffè solubile.

Gestore poco professionale e scortese. Di fronte a problemi causati chiaramente dalla loro organizzazione, invece di scusarsi (prima di tutto) ha adottato un atteggiamento scortese e poco professionale . Esperienza deludente, soprattutto per la mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente.

Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen – sehr zentral, mit Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Gehentfernung erreichbar.

Das Zimmer, das wir reserviert hatten, war ganz anders und größer als das, das wir bekommen haben. Als wir den Besitzer darauf ansprachen, wies er jede Verantwortung von sich und sagte, wir müssten das mit Booking klären. Außerdem rauchte die Reinigungskraft bei unserer Ankunft im Zimmer, und das Zimmer war nicht sauber: Der Boden war schmutzig, im Bad waren Haare und Staub zu sehen.

Super miejsce na city break

Pokój bardzo ładny, wygodne łóżko, zacieniające zasłony. W pokoju był czajnik i filiżanki, byłoby fajnie gdyby były chociaż dwie saszetki herbaty. Łazienka czysta. Super lokalizacja w samym centrum starówki.

Pokój znajduje się na 3 piętrze, trzeba się wdrapać po schodach. Podróżowałyśmy z plecakami więc nie był to dla nas duży kłopot ale w pokoju nie ma zbyt dużo miejsca, z dużymi walizkami może być problem.

Très bien mais pas "fabuleux"

Les avantages : appart très bien placé en centre ville, moderne, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Les infos via Booking avec le propriétaire sont très claires. La présence d'un petit frigo utile pour garder l'eau au frais. Bien insonorisé pour les bruits provenant de l'extérieur. Assez grand si on ne souhaite qu'y dormir.

Les inconvénients : Pour accéder à l'appartement, il faut traverser une grande cour peu entretenue, puis grimper 4 étages sans ascenseur (on le savait, pas de souci). Le bruit de la tuyauterie (chauffe-eau ? tuyaux ?) ... même des chambres voisines. Le son de la télé de la chambre mitoyenne. Impossible de baisser entièrement le store, il fait donc jour dans la chambre dès 6h30. Il manque peut-être un tapis au sol en sortant de la douche (c'est un détail). Toutes les photos du site ne sont pas celles de l'appartement loué, mais des appartements voisins, si on ne lit pas tout on risque d'être déçu.
