wow. What an appartment witrh top quality appliances and so many little things that made it special. The spare set of keys , the expensive bottle opener for those Croatian wines, the high speed internet, the air conditioning (whihc was on when we arrived), the expensive artwork. It was a 60 second walk from the central square and forum.

There are quite a few steps but we are over 60 and it was fine.

Perfect location for the old town. It’s spacious, airy, modern and comfortable. Good communication with the host .

The room was big and in the heart of Zadar. The sofa bed was already made as we were a group of 3. There was some orange juice in the fridge and sweets on the table as well as plenty of coffee capsules in the kitchen. The bathroom was massive.

There's no A/C in the bedroom. Also as the location is in the city centre of Zadar it is extremely noisy at night. The windows are somewhat insulated but there is no way to block out the outside noise. Facing the sole pedestrian main street of Zadar it's basically impossible to get sleep especially on the weekend. There are drunk people yelling in the street in front of the apartment all night and a wine bar opposite the apartment building, playing live music until around 1 am. Earplugs helped but all three of us could still hear the noise from outside. You can also hear the tenants from the second apartment when they get back to the apartment as the corridor is shared by both apartments and the apartment door is not soundproof.
