Amazing stay

The location is good and the whole apartment is very nice.

Everything was good! The only thing that was missing or I did not find was soap and shampoo. This is important because sometimes we do not have time or forget to buy it.

A very good and comfortable staying.

Even if the room is in the vary center of old Zadar the windows are do good to keep the noise out. Also very good to have hairdryer, tea kettle, glasses, cups, cutlery, kitchen paper and other useful accessories already present in the room.

It's a little bit difficult opening with the key the main gate door at the street level, but everything else it's fine.

Excellent A to Z, ,location is the best in the City, Apartment is impeccable, clean, amenities are A+,waterfront, stores,markets,pharmacy, restaurants and Night spots are all within couple of minutes of walking distance, Agency they use is excellent and professional, the owners of Ivona place Žarko and his wife are attentive without being intrusive and will ask you if all is ok or if you have any remarks. Classy. Definitely in the upper league of BNB places not only in Zadar but comparable to nice places on different Continents, .Thank you,keep it up and good luck.

Would go again when possible

The accommodation is perfectly located for seeing by foot all Zadar Old City attractions and at only ~20 minutes walking from Central Bus Station. The place is as advertised, very clean and having new furniture. Besides this, all ladies from travel agency in charge with guests reception are doing their job very professionally, offering also nice day tours(Plitvice Lakes or Krka National Parks) and helping with questions about Zadar if needed. Good to know for other travelers: One bus ticket for Zadar public transport is 12 kuna, no matter which city route, except for the airport, which is 35 kuna, payable only cash. For airport trip, the driver accepts also 5 euro notes instead kuna.

I really don’t understand the high rating of this place. The location is nice, right in the city center but the room was terrible. I’ve never stayed in a room so dirty. I was disgusted by everything and I’m not sure even if they change the beddings, there were empty containers from previous guest in the bathroom and just confirms how little they care about the cleaning. It was uncomfortable to stay there. Would not recommend

Location, facilities are very good!

One step away from all the restaurants/bars/shops of the old city. Clean and comfortable apartment. Great value for the money! During the evenings you can go to any restaurant and it’ll take up to 5-7 minutes max. Which is excellent!

You need to walk for about 18-20 mins to a good beach (Kolovare beach) what we didn’t realise before booking. If you’ll spend most of the time swimming in the sea there might be other properties much closer. Overall experience is good!

Very good

Location location location :) the apartment located right in the middle of Zadar old Town. Surprisingly we can't heard any noise from the pedastrian street. We are traveling with our 3 years old daughter, so we have to walk a little bit to go to kids friendly beach. Over all the stay was good😊

À y retourner je n hésiterai pas .

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire dans la vieille ville et ce a pied. Chambre double très spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangement de confort et très propre . Pas de réception à l intérieur de l hôtel Le petit déjeuner et les repas se font à l extérieur. Parfait pour un court séjour. Pour le Check in and out très bonne communication via téléphone et messages ! Parfait et facile . Anglais nécessaire.

L’emplacement en plein cœur de la vielle ville de Zadar

Les équipements incomplets : pas de cafetière, four micro onde en panne, nombre de couverts et de verres insuffisant, aucun torchon de vaisselle, ni sel, ni poivre pour dépanner. Quant au parking, à proximité certes, mais payant et 30’ pour qu’une place se libère enfin

Svi kriteriji su zadovoljeni, od blizine centra, osoblja, no ne i cistoce.

Iskreno prostor je prividno čist, wc šolja je hotelski plombirana kao da je čista, no zapravo je prljava. Ima jos nekih nedostataka, kvaka od prozora se raspada, ogledala isto tako djeljuju kao nesigurni. Uglavnom higijena bi mogla biti na puno vecem nivou.
