Amazing location and very friendly host!

Loved all the facilities. The washing machine was such an added bonus! Shower was good and the little kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed on the ground floor so there was no windows apart from a little one that looked into the street. Not a problem for us but I would try and get a room higher up.

Perfect Location in Old Town Zadar

This apartment is located right in the centre of the Old Town Zadar but slightly removed from the hustle & bustle on a quiet side street. It was perfect for our one night stay - we could view all the historical sights and easily come & go to our accommodation. Great restaurants nearby. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. The apartment itself is small but well equipped, great value for money!

Host was extremely helpful and communicative. I was sent a series of clear photos which enabled me to access the apartment easily. Everything was clean and in good condition. It had everything I needed. The 11 o clock checkout was also more generous than some.

This was my own lack of planning, but I had a very heavy case and lugging it up 2 narrow flights of stairs was quite difficult. The location is in a busy and bustling part of the old town. This is great as it’s so convenient. However the night I was there there was some kind of event going on nearby and so quite a bit of noise from a PA system. Thankfully the double glazing was pretty effective.

Perfectly located for exploring the town and waterfront.

Perfect location. Central but down a little, quiet side street. 1 min away from the sea front. It has everything you need. Spotlessly clean and easy instructions. Comfortable bed and nice touches like beach towels.

Great location, but the apartment is noisy

The location is perfectly in the center. Lots of restaurants around. The apartment has a washing machine, a TV, and all kitchen appliances.

The entrance door to the apartment is sooooo thin, every step from the stairs is hearable as if it is in your room. Every morning around 7 am, two ladies loudly stepped on the stairs, and it was incredibly loud. And all walls are thin too. The bed had termites, I guess! Because every night we heard loud, noisy sounds from the head of the bed, like little bugs were eating the bed. It was so disgusting.

This might be the best apartment you’ll find in Zadar! The location is amazing—surrounded by great restaurants and close to all the must-see spots. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and professionally cleaned. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook, and the bathroom was neat and well supplied with essentials. We stayed on the ground floor, which made things super convenient—no stairs to deal with when carrying luggage. Honestly, the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos! One big plus was having a laundry machine, which made a huge difference during our trip! Also, our host was super nice and quick to respond to any questions.

The only small issue was that there wasn’t warm water early in the morning on our second day when I was getting ready to head to Plitvice Lakes.

Very well appointed, spotlessly clean apartment in a brilliant location. We arrived early and were met by a very friendly and helpful host who let us leave our luggage there until the rooms were available.

Great location, lovely apartment

My daughter and I stayed two nights here at Apartment Ema. It was a good sized, nicely furnished space, modern bathroom (with a washing machine we made use of) and a good kitchen. It was a great location, we walked around the old town very easily and it was an easy walk to the 'sea organ', from where we also enjoyed a perfect sunset. It was good to meet Ema the morning we left, she is lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Ema.

Great stay in a great city

Excellent location right in the middle of old town and all the nightlife. Noise was not an issue for me because I go to bed very late but maybe an issue if you not a night life person. The apartment is vey comfortable, has everything you need and the host is very friendly and available. Would definitely stay again

Excellent stay at the ground floor apartment at Apartment Ema. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding. Any small issues were dealt with quickly and graciously. Location is amazing and kitchen/bedroom/bathroom very well equipped. Excellent value! Highly recommended.

I found the walls and floors very thin, and could hear all of the movements from the upstairs guests, including their alarm clock, coughing, and steps.

The apartment is right in the city centre, a short walk from the beach, and lots of eateries around. This place was perfect for us and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The landlady was really nice and helpful and made our stay extremely memorable. We will surely be back!

The flat was really very comfortable and the host increadibly caring (even if only by phone).

The problem with parking the car was very bad and strenous. Maybe the small map can be attached to the photoes ? We were extremely tired after finally finding the place to park (there were hundred or thousands of people around us searching for the free place). Noise and rumour obviously.

Charming appartment! Perfect service, in every aspect. Enjoyable experience, to repeat next time in Zadar. Location is great to enjoy really historic Zadar.
