Amazing location

ok for a (really) short stay

- the location was great - ok for an overnight stay

- the bed was uncomfortable - the furniture in the apartment was wobbly and everything looked like it hasn’t been maintained very well - I didn’t like that the property contacted me via whatsapp - why choose this option when there’s booking chat available? - mind you, the communication with the property itself was fine - the booking said “with breakfast” - there was no such a thing

Great place to stay overall

I loved the rooftop balcony it was super spacious and felt quite private. The location is fantastic also rather quiet considering. It seems it was recently refurbished and nicely designed. The most of all I loved communication with the agency, the ladies are great and extremely accommodating.

Firstly check in and out times are 4pm and 10am, which is not stated on the booking description. Luckily agency made it possible for me to check in earlier, which was really awesome. I was also working remotely: this place is not extremely comfortable to work from. Finally, there was no coffee in the place, even the bags of bad instant coffee would do.

Ok, but many problems

I bought the breakfast included. There, I got a voucher to go to a restaurant/cafe, the options were limited, I ordered omelet and asked to include bread, we got very little bread and no butter, I asked for butter and, even being a couple, we got only one butter. Also we had no refil for the coffee. I felt like the breakfast was a scam. Additionally, the door that gave access to the rooms was broken and we could not unlock from inside. At night we were locked in and had to ask the staff to come and open. Next morning the same happened and, when I wrote to staff, they told me to keep trying to open because no one could come to let us out. My partner called them and the reply implied that we didn't know how to open a door, extremelly rude. It is, not only unconvinient, but also a safety issue in case of emergency.

Excellent location in the center of Zadar. Big and comfortable room with all you may need. Great value for money. Breakfast was also good!

Our room was in the 3rd floor with no lift (It wasn’t a problem for us but might be for other people) and also a bit noisy, you can hear other people in other rooms and also the street.

A very spacious, clean and quiet flat at a perfect location inside old Zadar. The room was big and well lighted, the bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchenette had all necessary equipment and the bathroom had a nice shower and had good lighting. Overall, a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

The kitchen sink faucet was poorly fixed on the counter and flopped around annoyingly. There were no toiletries provided (shower gel, shampoo or body moisturizer).

Location is good and convenient.

Strict check-in at not earlier than 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. Third floor, store of everything at corridor, mops/laundry machine, obscure entrance, no coffee/any possibility, no shower gel or shampoo, stained blankets.

Would definitely stay here again

Clean, spacious apartment, very quiet even though it was very central. Very modern, everything we needed.

Only issue was having to go to another place to pick up the key - not a big deal, but at 11pm was just extra effort in trying to find two places in a new place when we were tired from travelling!

The location was great!

The lady in the reception was rude. No clear instructions regarding the location where we had to check in which was different from the room location. The aircondition was not working well.( a lot of noise in the night) No one communicate us the wifi code. The carpets in the room was dirty.

Very nice offering of a variety of food and beverages. Fresh fruit was much appreciated. Staff was friendly and very willing to cook you a customized omelette. Dishes were cleared regularly and eating areas were comfortable and well maintained.

Great location and super comfortable and modern

Super smooth and easy check in/out process with great customer service. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything you might want, including a small kitchen area. Even tho located in the city centre, it was very quiet and peaceful. Would def stay again!

Really, nothing I could complain about. Maybe be mindful that the flats are on the 2nd/3rd floor with no lift hence prepare to carry your luggage up :)

Quasiment parfait

Nous avons été upgradé dans le studio avec terrasse (donc pas celui sur la photo). Et il est juste magique. Ah l'apéro au coucher du soleil...Très beau studio, équipement de cuisine et de séjour corrects, literie parfaite.

Misleading information and publicity

Las fotos de los apartamentos están mezcladas e inducen al error. Tengan mucha atención a la hora de reservar. Reservamos un apartamento con cocina y terraza y nos ubicaron en una habitación con vistas a un callejón y sin cocina. Lamentable el trato recibido cuando tratamos de modificar la reserva. La casa no tiene ascensor y son tres pisos por una escalera empinada. Luego te aburren mandándote publicidad de una agencia de viajes para que te apuntes a alguno de los tours que organizan. Mala experiencia en Zadar que no repetiremos.

Accueil et emplacement au top

L'emplacement très central dans la vieille ville, à 5 minutes à pied de la réception, de l'arrêt de la navette de l'aéroport et du catamaran pour Pula. L'accueil du personnel de la réception, sa réactivité, ses précisions sur l'emplacement, sa prévenance. La possibilité de laisser gratuitement les bagages avant et après, avec une très grande amplitude horaire de l'accuei (8h-22h). La location prête 2h plus tôt que prévu. Le petit déjeuner au restaurant Heritage à 70 mètres de la location. La qualité de la literie. Le calme grâce à la bonne isolation de la fenêtre et les rideaux occultant la lumière !

Climatisation un peu bruyante. 3e étage sans ascenseur qui peut être un problème avec des valises très lourdes

Schönes und zentral gelegenes Apartment in der Altstadt Zadars

Zentrale Lage direkt in der Altstadt aber absolut ruhig. Schließt man das Fenster bekommt man von dem abendlichen Trubel in der Stadt überhaupt nichts mit und schläft wunderbar. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war klasse. Alle wichtigen Informationen kamen per Bildern und Erklärung über WhatsApp.

Parken in der Altstadt von Zadar ist zwar relativ schwierig, aber man findet in der Regel auch am Wochenende einen Parkplatz.

Es un lugar muy limpio y bonito, totalmente renovado, con todas las comodidades. Muy céntrico. Puedes caminar a cualquier lugar sin ningún problema. La atención del personal fue muy buena, me tuvieron la habitación lista antes de la hora del check-in.

Die Dach-Terrasse war wirklich ein Traum. Die hatten wir mit dem Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer super sauber und sehr groß. Die Lage ist top, man ist direkt mitten in der Stadt. Die Parkplatz suche, wie in jeder Stadt, ist ein bisschen beschwerlich. Das Personal super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist in einem Lokal nebenan. Für den zweiten Kaffee und z.B. Wasser muss man zahlen. Man hat eine kleine Frühstückskarte, welche aber ausreichend ist.

Lage top, Sauberkeit flop

Zwei unterschiedliche Matratzen und eine davon war sehr schmutzig. Es waren sehr viel Haare unter dem Lacken und ich hatte einen kribbeln die ganze Nacht. Aus dem Duschabfluss hat es sehr stark gerochen, durch die ganze Wohnung. Man musste das Fenster die ganze Nacht aufmachen, um es zu ertragen. Trotz der Nebensaison, war es ziemlich laut auf der Straße, so dass man es nur mit Ohrenschutz ertragen konnte. Drei Tage wurde nicht sauber gemacht und zu Beginn mussten wir erstmal den Boden selber wischen, da überall Staub war und unzählige Haare. Noch dazu hatten wir eine Ameisenkolonie unter der Klimaanlage und das im dritten Stock. Nach meinem unzähligen Reisen, dich bisher hatte, ist diese eher Enttäuschung, dass man auch so viel Potenzial nichts macht.

Top für einen Sightseeing-Aufenthalt

Das Apartment liegt zentral in der Altstadt von Zadar, von dort sind es nur wenige Schritte zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Ausstattung entspricht genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung auf der Website. Unser Auto haben wir am kostengünstigen Parkplatz "ZADAR PARKING", Ravnice 2, 23000, Zadar abgestellt - von dort ist man zu Fuß durch einen Park in 7 Minuten im Apartment. Das Apartment liegt im 3. Stock ohne Lift - beim Reisegepäck berücksichtigen. Die Schlüssel zum Apartment waren im Stiegenhaus in einem Schlüsselsafe mit Code. Die Agentur hat uns alles mit Bildern und Text sehr gut beschrieben und auch nachgefragt, ob alles geklappt hat und wir zufrieden sind. Wir hatten inkl. Frühstück gebucht; fürs Frühstück im Restaurant "Heritage" lagen Voucher (Gutscheine) im Apartment bereit; das Restaurant ist 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Apartment entfernt. Es gab 5 Frühstücksoptionen zur Auswahl plus Kaffee/Tee und Orangenjuice - sehr lecker. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der "Sanchi-Bossa Residence" ist top. The apartment is centrally located in Zadar's Old Town, just a few steps from the sights. The amenities correspond exactly to the pictures and description on the website. We parked our car at the inexpensive parking lot "ZADAR PARKING", Ravnice 2, 23000, Zadar – from there, the apartment is a 7-minute walk through a park. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator – keep this in mind when packing your luggage. The keys to the apartment were in a key safe with a code in the stairwell. The agency described everything very well with pictures and text and also asked if everything worked out and if we were satisfied. We had booked including breakfast; vouchers for breakfast at the "Heritage" restaurant were available in the apartment; the restaurant is a 1-minute walk from the apartment. There were 5 breakfast options to choose from, plus coffee/tea and orange juice – very tasty.

– Sauberkeit: es wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt, unter dem Bett und in den Ecken war viel Staub – Lärm: bei geöffnetem Fenster war es nachts durch Lärm von draußen schwer ungestört zu schlafen – Toilettenspülung: funktionierte nicht zuverlässig und musste mehrfach betätigt werden

Lokalizacja apartamentu jest rewelacyjna, w okolicy wiele restauracji,kawiarni, piekarni, drobnych sklepików i atrakcji turystycznych. Bardzo dobra szczelność okien, ciekawie rozwiązanie zagospodarowanie łazienki mimo małego metrażu.

Jeden mały minusik, system zamykania okna w łazience.
