Apartman Evita is in the perfect location for exploring Zadar and beyond. It is well positioned for restaurants and shops. The seafront and the Sea Organ is easily walkable from the apartment. This is a small apartment but it is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need and is fresh and modern. The host kindly left wine and fruit and also some sweet treats in the fridge which we really appreciated. A nice breakfast bar and stools to eat at or a small dining table with comfortable chairs. The TV in the apartment also allows you to access films and TV programs in English.

As you are on one of the main streets in the old town it can be a little noisy at night. This was not an issue for us however if you are a light sleeper you may struggle.

Perfect location. Five minutes walk to the sea. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very easy to find. Maja was a very helpful host. It’s the little things that make this property stand out, the welcome bottle of wine, fresh fruit, toiletries, sweets and a supply of tea, coffee and milk. A gem of a property. Would highly recommended.
