Perfect big apartments for family with everything you need for vacation close to Borik sand beach

- great location close to Borik sand beach and bus stop to Old town - big space with 2 separate bedrooms, 4 comfortable beds and sofa - good kitchen with everything you need for cooking - all necessary things: hair dryer, iron, washing machine, air conditioner - nice owner who is always responding to the messages - easy self-checkin and checkout

- no tea bags, coffee, salt or pepper- you have to buy it if you want to make a tea/coffee or cook smth

Good location for the beech. Apartment was clean and pleasant.

The host was attentive although remote and kept communication going. It was a short walk to the nearest Borik beech. The apartment was clean and had facilities we expected for a three star accommodation.

We didn’t have internet for the first 24 hours, however the host did his best to try and sort it out. Few other minor issues which were also sorted on the first day. Biggest issue for me was a building works going on the building nearby which I was not informed of beforehand. However I received a discount in price for this inconvenience.

Superb

There are 3 beaches nearby, approx. 5min walk. Shop and gas station in 2 min walk. Apartment is situable for family with kids, two separate bedrooms and common living room with kitchen. Nice holiday.

Apartments have own parking, but there is little bit complicated access when other cars are on the yard before parking place. It requires advanced driving skills.

Exceptional

Everything was as on the pictures, the flats were clean, all the facilities were working. The owner is friendly, the beach is close. Nice sitting area outside, we had barbecue.

The location of the apartment was perfect as the two beaches are really close. There is a gas station and Konzum just around the corner

The apartment is in a hidden street so the parking was a little bit difficult but not unsolvable. The internet disappeared sometimes as one of the guests' device had the same IP address as the router of the apartment has. Of course this is NOT the apartment's fault at all!

Zara apartments was excellent

The best was the location 50m from the bus stop and the supermarket. 200m from the beach, the host was very helpful and kind. We would highly recomend the apartment.

Pobyt przez 5 dni dla 4 osób. Kontakt z opiekunem swietny. Blisko plaża miejska. Mieliśmy apartamenty pod numerem 2. Same apartamenty na 4 twarde gwiazdki. Widać że przyjęli już sporo gości i turystów, ale wysporzątane tylko nie do końca - nie jesteśmy zbyt wymagające. Za tą cenę jaknajbardziej polecamy i nawet może wrócimy kiedyś.

Skvělé čisté a vybavené ubytování. Blízko moře a pěkných pláží. Cca 300m. Obchod 50m. Ticho, klid. Do centra cca 3 ,5 km. Ale jinak vše je dostupné kolem. Parkování u apartmánu. Děkujeme!!!!

Чудові апартаменти для відпочинку з малими дітьми, чисто, є всі зручності, пральна машина, посудомийка, кухня з усім необхідним. В спекотні дні рятував кондиціонер. А саме головне це близьке розташування пляжів. Поряд магазин і багато ресторанів з смачною їжею. Дуже рекомендую

Perfekt gelegen für Spaziergänge am Strand.

Wir haben das Apartment wegen der Nähe zu umliegenden Stränden gesucht, um leicht lange Spaziergänge mit unserer Hündin machen zu können. Diese Erwartung wurde voll erfüllt. Es lassen sich autofrei Runden verschiedenster Größe planen. Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen, solide ausgestattet und verfügt über private Parkplätze. Der Gastgeber reagiert rasch auf Anfragen. Direkt ums Eck gibt es einen Supermarkt. Am Wasser entlang geht man zu Fuß ins Zentrum eine knappe Stunde lang. Es gibt auch eine direktere Variante, die in ca. der halben Zeit machbar ist. Die Busse 5a, 5b und 8 bieten eine gute Anbindung ins Zentrum. Eine Fahrkarte pro Richtung und erwachsener Person kostet 1,59 €.

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas abgenützt und es kommt (wir hatten das Apartment im EG) nicht viel direktes Tageslicht hinein.

Rozczarowanie. Mając apartament należy o niego dbać a nie tylko brać za niego pieniądze.

Sprawna klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżka i blisko do plaży (spacerem 10 minut). Obok sklep, w którym można kupić produkty spożywcze.

Apartament najgorszy ze wszystkich. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że nie ma cukru, soli, pieprzu, papieru toaletowego, worków na śmieci, tabletek do zmywarki. Właściciel deklarował, że te rzeczy są na wyposażeniu. Wszędzie brudno, kurz. W szafkach dużo niepotrzebnych przedmiotów prywatnych -wkręty, śrubki, plastikowe elementy, stare dokumenty. Łazienka tragedia. Po wzięciu prysznica podłoga pływała, z toalety wydobywał się smród. Kanapa w salonie w bardzo złym stanie. Tapicerowane boki są popękane i kruszą się brudząc wszytko dookoła. Kuchnia bardzo zaniedbana. Śmierdziało w niej starymi zmywakami, zgniłym jedzeniem. Po wzięciu gąbki do ręki myślałem, że zwymiotuję. Garnki, patelka najgorszej jakości. Robiąc jajecznicę wszystko się przypalało i śmierdziało. Naczynia brudne. Chyba byliśmy pierwszymi gośćmi, którzy włożyli naczynia i sztućce do zmywarki. Tabletek do zmywarki również nie było. O wszystkim napisaliśmy właścicielowi i dopiero wtedy po jakimś czasie dostarczył nam to wszystko. Właściciel w ogóle nie interesuje się swoim mieszkaniem, skoro jest tyle braków i tak brudno. Ogólnie mieszkanie zaniedbane, właściciel nie dba o porządek i jakość. Nie udało się przedłużyć doby w dniu wyjazdu. Na pytanie czy możemy przechować jakieś bagaże dostaliśmy odpowiedź, żeby wystawić je przed dom i niech tam będą kilka godzin (serio???).
