Perfekte Lage an der Marina. 2 gute Cafe‘s direkt am Wasser.
Top Ausstattung und Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Leider wird gegenüber der Terrasse ein neuer Wohnblock hochgezogen.

Location, design, and hospitality of the host are truly amazing.
There were several apartments under the same name. I got one that had a balcony directly looking at the construction site, while the photos were showing an overview of the sea. I was disappointed but the host was so kind, that I was willing to overlook it. The description of the apartment said that construction site was in front of the building, but not that it was in front of the balcony. They told me that construction is not ongoing, that mostly cleaning is done. But apparently some pipe has burst and heavy machinery woke me up and it was impossible to stay in until the work was done. Which lasted only one day, honestly. I complained to the owner and he offered a refund if we leave the place. Which was not possible because it was a short, work-related trip. I can’t say anything bad about the apartment, but the overall experience wasn’t great.
