Clean, quiet, well-equipped, great location – perfect for relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is located in a quiet area, yet close to everything you might need – supermarket, great restaurants, the water taxi to the old town, and even the beach is just a short walk away. The place is spotless and superbly equipped – from a washing machine to a dishwasher, air conditioning, and a well-designed kitchen. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace, which was nicely shaded and perfect for relaxing. Parking was available and safe. We were also happy that our small dog was welcomed (with prior arrangement). After exploring the area during the day, it truly felt like a peaceful oasis to return to in the evenings. Highly recommended!

There is everything You need during holidays - tableware, cutlery, cooler, towels, washing machine, dish washer, induction cooker, air conditioning, wi fi. Walking distance to the beach and nearest shop and restaurant. 10 minutes by car to the city center (choose free parking). Very helpful landlord. To sum up 100 % of satisfaction.

Superb

Clean and cozy apartment in a new building, with private parking right next to the terrace. Everything was perfect - helpful host, beaches are 5-10 min by foot, store nearby, nice terrace to spend some time. We liked our one week holiday stay and would definitely return again.

Internet was available all the time, but connection might be a bit better. But hey, it's a vacation, right? :)

Fresh and new, worth the money!

A new nice accommodation close to swimming, restaurants and shops. Very fresh, with dishwasher, washing machine and a spacious balcony. However, the view from the balcony was nothing special. It is definitely worth the money you pay.

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr einfach zu finden. Sie ist ein sehr sehr modern und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Box Spring Bett ist super. ! Eir waten.nur 1 Nacht dort. Es ist im Erdgeschoss und und ohne Stufen, so dass ich mit dem Rollstuhl gut durch die Wohnung kam.

Heel mooi appartement aan de rand van Zadar: dichtbij het strand en ook dichtbij de stad. Appartement ligt in een rustige buurt en is van alle comfort voorzien: mooie badkamer met inloopdouche. Keuken/living is uitgerust met vaatwas, er is ook een ruim terras volledig uitgerust met tafel/stoelen en relax. Er is enkel geen uitzicht op het terras.

Zeer mooi en rustig gelegen appartement. Alles was zeer proper en de communicatie heel vriendelijk.

De vierde persoon die moest douchen, had geen warm water meer. Lag ook wat verder van het centrum van Zadar.

Apartman je smiješten u mirnom dijelu grada i nedaleko od njega se nalazi par dobrih restorana gdje je moguće naći dobru hranu. Apartman je nov, čist i uredan. Pogodan je za one koji dolaze kolima jer je parking tik uz apartman. Sve preporuke.

Malo je udaljen od starog dijela Zadra za obilazak piješice, oko 3,5 km. Ako je to uopšte neka mana.
