Definitly worthy of booking price, looks and location wise.

Everything is near. Also the pool at the facility, the fact sea/shop/bar is a small walk away. It had everything you need for a shorter vacation.

The bed was too soft (woke up with a bit of back pain for a few days) and it would be better if it had a balcony aswell (but everything is more of a person to person kind of disadvantage).

Beautiful little place

Lovely Apartment, very well equipped and superb location. We stayed 2nts and were very pleasantly surprised at how well maintained and thought through the decoration was within. Super comfy and huuge bed, great shower, balcony sea views from the 1st floor and the pool area was stunning! 5minute walk to the harbour where we got a water taxi fto old town which costs 8€ return (bargain) there are some very nice restaurants and beach within 5-10 min walk aswell. Great communication with the manager and easy self check in!

Gorgeous apartment in Zadar.

There was everything you could need & lots of towels & toilet roll. The pool was lovely & it was a great location with easy access to the water taxi to the old town.

The safe didn't work & when we arrived all the windows were open so it was full of mosquitoes which ate us alive during the night. These things could easily be remedied

A good sized apartment in a quiet part of Zadar

Zadar is a great town and well worth a visit. This is a spacious studio apartment in a quiet area of the town. It's a fairly recent development, with a good sized shared pool although this was not open when I visited. Remote communication with the owners was very good.

As others have noted, it is quite a long walk to the old town. About 35-40 minutes and I walk quickly. About an hour from the bus station. But when the walking gets too much there are solutions. An Uber will cost €4 to the walking bridge that crosses to the old town. And there's also a good bus service, which costs 2€, flat fee for any distance. The apartment itself is attractive but does not quite live up to the photographs, which are amazing and I imagine were taken when everything was sparkling and new. But overall it was certainly good value for money.

Nice room and pool!

The pool area and the decor of the room was finished to a really high standard. There were a few basics missing like trays for cooking with, but otherwise the kitchen was stocked with plenty cups, cutlery and even a dish washer which made clean up really easy! The property also had a stash of bin bags, washing up liquid and coffee pods for the machine which was really helpful and made our stay more comfortable. The pool area was clean/beautiful and had comfortable loungers for relaxing on - we never seen anyone clean the area but I think it had been as it was always spotless and the pool very clean and nice to swim in. The decor of the property was beautiful, and had been very well thought out. We loved the theme of the room. The property has a smart TV which is equipped with Netflix/other channels. The walk to the town centre is around 30 mins and doesn’t feel as long on a nice day - otherwise Ubers are roughly €5-€6. There is a lovely restaurant closeby called Sfinga which we would highly recommend (around 10 min walk).

Aesthetically the property looked amazing but there were a few things the property lacked - the shower could only be used while sitting down in the bath or bent over which made showering a little uncomfortable and rushed. On two occasions the shower ran cold, along with the other water (kitchen tap/bathroom tap) in the apartment. This happened on our second last day during our stay therefore we didn’t report this to the apartment manager. If it had been a reoccurring issue during the whole stay we probably would have.

Relaxing atmosphere, very comfortable could not reccomend more highly.

Full equipped, clean and tidy, modern. Everything you need for a week away with friends. Excellent pool and surrounding area (very safe). Host was very attentive.

Only the fact of no freezer at all - which you need mainly for ice in drinks - we resorted to putting the glasses in the fridge but an ice maker would help or a small box freezer in fridge is a must have in my opinion in a hot country on holiday.

Perfectly relaxed!

We loved the location (30 min walk to Old Town, 10 min walk to Beach Borik) and how peaceful the apartments were. There were lots of outdoor facilities including sun loungers, a swinging sun bed, outdoor seating areas and a barbeque. The pool has a beautiful view down to the harbour and was always quiet. The room interiors are also really fun!

Lovely clean modern appartment

Its a lovely apartment, very well decorated. Tons of plug sockets! Lots of storage space. Balcony for our Velebit apartment looked out onto the sea and boats, out of the windows you could see the pool area. We visited in October so not quite sunbathing weather but the pool area looked lovely, again overlooks the sea. Additional towels for pool usage provided. TV with the ability to log onto netflix. The kitchen was well equipped with a nice coffee machine. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The parking and instructions for entering the building and getting the key came via whatsapp and were easy to follow. There are bars and restaurants within a small walk and an Uber into the old city is around 5-7 EUR.

We had one hot shower over a 3 night stay, we tried at 8:30am and 6pm and no hot water seemingly at any time of day which is a shame. The other comment is the kitchen had a lovely coffee machine, but no sugar, or milk, or teatowel or kitchen roll, its the missing of these small amenities and hot water that missed a 5* review.

We really liked the style and comfort of the apartment! The pool was listed as heated but unfortunately was too cold to use. Would highly recommend staying here as a base to visit zadar, plitvice lakes etc. also a really good restaurant round the corner called burgers & more. Overall we were very happy with our stay 😁

Perfect place especially if you are on a couple vacation.

We liked absolutely everything - from beautifully decorated apartment to an amazing swimming pool and comfortable outdoor seating area. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the owner was easy to communicate with. To reach the old city you can either take a scenic walk around the coast (around 40 minutes) or rent an electric scooter.
