Ovaj hotel je nadmašio naša očekivanja u svakom smislu. Zadar je napokon dobio hotel kakav zaslužuje, a ovaj hotel sa svojom ponudom zasigurno će donijeti i Zadru dodatnu vrijednost kao destinaciji.
Doručak, uz bogati švedski stol koji je sadržavao brojne zdrave opcije, nudi i ala cart dio. Svako jutro nas je posluživala Michaela koja je djelovala kao da uživa u svom poslu. Michaela se brinula da uvijek lijepo započnemo dan bilo to svježe pripremljenom kavom, čajem, cijeđenim sokom ili šampanjcem.
Večera u Palm House restoranu je poseban doživljaj. Hrana je ukusna i lijepo prezentirana, a konobarica s Filipina svojim verbalnim i neverbalnim sposobnostima večeru pretvori u ugodno druženje. Ne zaboravite ostaviti mjesta za dessert s kestenom.
Osoblje na recepciji vrlo profesionalno i srdačno. Posebne pohvale Luki.
Alfredo bar, iznimno ugodan prostor za popodnevnu kavu ili večernji koktel. Osoblje šarmantno, jednostavno, uslužno. Uređenje jedinstveno u ovom dijelu Europe.
Wellness centar, saune, gym i vanjski grijani bazen ovaj hotel čine atraktivnim tijekom cijele godine, a ne samo ljeti.
