From the moment I arrived, every single team member, from the warm and welcoming receptionist to the attentive restaurant staff, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism should be a benchmark for the hospitality industry.
The hotel complex itself is an ideal retreat for anyone looking to disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease.
My room was spacious same as the balcony.
The facilities are impressive: several pools, a well-designed spa area, and everything you need for a restful stay. The Wi-Fi was decent, although a bit more speed would be appreciated.
Breakfast was another standout. The buffet offered a generous spread, ranging from local delicacies to international favorites, with a noticeable lean toward German cuisine.
One thing worth noting — the building doesn’t have an elevator. However, it’s only two stories high, so this wasn’t an issue for me, but it’s good to keep in mind.
All in all, this hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Not worth the money AT ALL. It’s certainly not a 4 star hotel either and is in disrepair.
