friendly host, nice apartment with everything you need.

I've stayed a few nights in the apt on the 2nd floor and a few nights in the apt on the first floor. Both were nice, clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. 2nd floor apt has a bigger balcony. Lady Silvija took care of everything and was very friendly and helpful. She gave great tips about the area. The location was great too in a residential area, 2min walk from a supermarket and only a 15min walk to Borik beach.

when you google the location it gets confusing as it seems there are 2 places with very similar names. One is in the old town which is the wrong one so it took me some time before I found it.

Really spacious appartment with all the equipments needed. The host was really helpful and kind to us. The location is near the city center and we had a possibility to park our car nearby. I really recommand this appartment!

Nice place however the owner lacks professionalism

Nice apartment, very well equipped with everything you need, even has a caffettiera which is great if you want to have your pre beach coffe on a balcony. The nearest beach is just 5 min away, it’s free and better than the one you have to pay for. The host gave us really good recommendation for the restaurants, we ate at konoba Rafaello every day and it was great. Uber is great way to get to the Old town, it’s just a short drive away.

I booked 2 bedroom apartment however when my mum and I arrived the host prepared only one room for both of us and the other one she closed as in her words I got a discount and it’s only the 2 of us. I paid the price that was on Booking, no discount was mentioned or a note that I’ll get only one room. After mentioning that the main reason I booked her apartment was the second bedroom (as my mum snores and I want to sleep during my holiday) she opened the second room but presented it as she was doing us a favour. Not really nice as I booked it and paid for it. Second thing that surprised me is that on our arrival there was only one toilet paper roll (not even full which is not really Covid ok, we stayed for 4 nights) but we didn’t really think about that, we weren’t much at the flat as we wanted to make the most of it. The day before our departure I realised we have none left. After looking around thinking that it’s probably stored somewhere with no luck finding it on leaving the ap we met the host and I asked if we could get one more roll of toilet paper. Her response was “it’s not my duty to provide that”. Never in my life I had to buy toilet paper during a stay. It’s usually normal to put the amount of it depending on the nights and people staying. I actually made an effort and asked the booking’s customer service and yes, as a host she was obligated to provide a substantial amount of it for 4 days for 2 people or add more if that wasn’t the case. But I’m just thinking, even if that wasn’t her obligation (which certainly was) would you die for one paper roll. We paid in cash and didn’t ask for a change back (not that it was much, maybe for a coffe) but surely enough to cover the cost of one paper roll. I worked in hospitality for a good few years and that’s just not the way you treat a guest. Although everything at the flat was nice those two things really left a sour taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t come back or recommend the place.

Житло в приватному секторі, поруч магазини, тихий район. До центра міста 10 хвилин на автобусі. До пляжу 10 хвилин пішки. Апартаменти на другому поверсі, все відповідає фото на сайті. Приємна господиня Сільвія. Все докладно розказала, як проїхати, де купити та де поїсти. Кімнати затишні, все продумано до дрібниць. Повністю облаштована кухня. Та головне - це ідеальна чистота та прекрасна тераса. На жаль без виду на море. Абсолютне співвідношення ціни та якості.

Не вистачило кондиціонера у спальні, тільки вентилятор. Вночі було жарко

Muy bien equipado para pasar dos noches en la ciudad. Esta todo nuevo y limpio. Es muy cómodo y la terraza tiene vistas al mar. La anfitriona es muy amable y comunicativa.

Para poder aparcar en el alojamiento tienes que pagar 5€ por día incluido el día que te vas. Nosotros aparcamos de manera gratuita por las calles de alrededor. Para ir a la ciudad hay que ir en coche

Сподобалось все! Дуже чисті, комфортні апартаменти. До моря, де є хороший пляж, пішки 7-10 хвилин. До центру хвилин 45 пішки, але можна скористатися таксі. Ціна від 5 до 8 євро. Дуже привітна господиня, пані Сільвія, яка розповіла нам куди можна поїхати та які місця відвідати. Однозначно - рекомендую!
