The apartment was really cozy, tidy, clean, neat and nice - seriously it was amazing, one of the best places that I’ve stayed in . Kitchen was good equipped. Owners were helpful and welcoming. Villa is also placed very close to the beach, shops. City center is also not that far.

Property is beautiful inside and outside. Must have a car it is a bit too far to walk. Owner is fantastic, she has a heart of a gold. Lots of stairs.

No airport shuttle as they advertised. Smells from the restaurant grill that is adjacent to the place. No WI-FI at all, some problems.

Perfect place to stay!

Everything was perfect! Hosts were nice and helpful. I recommend fully this place bearing in mind that studio in that price can have medium standard but kindness of owners is priceless.

We stayed in a nice room with a balcony. The owner is super nice, she welcomed us with cold beer ;) when we asked for a kettle and some cups she also offered coffee and sugar. There is one small shop in the neighborhood and a supermarket on your way to the centre (about 5 minutes walking). There are also some restaurants in the area (one is in the very same building). The nearest beach is nice, but we preferred the other one in the other part of the city. The center is a little far, but there's a bus stop and at least two lines that take you to the city.

Great place with very kind and friendly hosts. The studio apartment had everything we needed and was very well equipped. The Borik beach was 10 minutes walking and you have two buses to get to the center.

Sadly, our room did not get good wifi signal. Also, I think the bed was to noisy, it creaked a lot. But in general the stay was very pleasant.

Great apartament to visit Zadar with friends or family

the location was really great. it was close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was very comfortable with 3 rooms and there were a lot of kitchen utilities. the hosts were very kind and help us in everything that we needed.

Everything was great. I suggest only to have some coffee machine or similar and some condiments as salt and sugar.

Location of the apartment was excellent, close to all necessary: shops, restaurants, beach, there was even Luna park near by:) The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, there was everything I needed.

The place was clean and nice, staff very welcoming and friendly. It is well located, 10mins walk to the beach and 2 mins to bakery and shop. The place had nice benches in the garden, whicb we didnt have time to enjoy .

The only downside I could think is that the balcony is facing the road that is quite busy, but with closed doors it was perfect.

Location near beach. It was clean.

We ordered room with king size bed. When we arrived the host put us to the nice studio and told us than second day we will have to move to another room. Then showed us a room where we should moved - and it was really small room, with no aircondition etc. We refused it. But host didnt speak english so it was hard to communicate. Then she called her son who spoke english, we had discuss about moving and changing room via phone and then whats app. The room where we should move was equal what we ordered. He told us that they will compasate the money. So we moved, then owner came that we have to move back because she needs clean there. Then we went for a beach and when we came, host was there, waitng for us, we couldnt even put our bags on the floor and she requested us to move again but to the room which we really ordered - with king size bed. This discussion, changing what we decied, moving 3 times during two days really destroyed our staying.

Great location, great owner

Great place with cute apartment owner. They were completely helpful, we were with our 1year old boy, and they helped us with feeding chair after a few days. We got welcome drink (wine), and some snack in the apartment as well. Towels were changed in 3-5 days. The balcony was big, and we could partly see the sea as well.
