Convenient location to walk to the old town. Apartment was renovated modern with comfortable beds. Great for a short stay.

There was a concert somewhere nearby so it was very noisy when trying to sleep… we assume this is an anomaly. The parking was a bit chaotic and hard to find a park when we first arrived.

5 min walk to old town

Great location - 5 minutes walk and you cross the pedestrian bridge into the old Town. Two supermarkets just next to the apartment. On street parking and we found a space no problem. The apartment itself was lovely. Nicely decorated and very comfortable and spacious. All the amenities we needed for our stay. Welcomed by owner who showed us around.

Amazing apartment a 500 meters from the old town

The location of the apartment was very good, is a 500 meters from the old town, perfect! The apartment Is complete renovated, top. The wifi is good, the areas are good (kitchen, rooms, bathroom). The owners are very friendly. Is a good apartment for big families. Easy to arrive to the apartment. The owners always pre disposal to assist for any help or indication for the city. For us was a great time in this amazing city!!

Fantastic apartment in great location.

The location was ideal, only a few minutes over the foot bridge to Old Town. It is clearly a 4 star apartment with all facilities like dishwasher and AC, very modern. The host was also very responsive when we asked for additional bed sheets and could give some advice regarding good restaurants etc., shopping and transport links to beaches etc.

The outside of the building looked a little run-down, but we were warned by the host about this discrepancy between the building's appearence and the high quality of the apartment.

Great modern apartment located in old town. Access to local shops, bus station, pharmacy, etc. Air conditioning in every room, tv in living room, kitchen with a set of tools and equipment to prepare own meals. Our housekeeper cared about us and helped us to experience Zadar at it’s best. I also liked heater in bathroom, and very comfortable beds. In overall our stay was superb. Definitely worth visiting! Hvala ! 🇭🇷🇭🇷

spacious, clean, has two separate bedrooms, living room, two balconies, nice bathroom, is recently renewed. there is supermarket just downstairs and two minutes away, and it’s very close to the old town

위치가 구도시 넘어가기 쉬운 위치고 주변에 콘줌 마트도 큰게 있었다. 집도 아주 깨끗하고 넓고 관리가 아주 잘 되어 있었습니다. 호스트님이 응대를 정말 빨리 해주셨고 밤에 히터가 이상이 생겼는데 30분걸려서 선뜻 와주셔서 넘나 고마웠습니다.. 하루밖에 묵지 않아서 정말 아쉬운데 다른 숙소 고민 하는 분에게 강추합니다.

단주차는 좀 어려울수도있는데 아파트 주변에 눈치껏 해야합니다. 돌다보면 빠지는 차가 있어서 그 자리에 세웠습니다.

Прекрасні та просторі апартаменти у центрі міста. До старої фортеці 5 хвилин пішки, поряд супермакети та інші корисні магазини. В апартементах було все необхідне: кухонне начиння, рушники, у ванній все необхідне. Оселилися легко, зрозуміло, інформація надалася заздалегідь.

Приїхали пізно, довелося повозитися з паркуванням. Окремого, виділеного місця немає, тож довелося шукати. Вранці вільних місць було достатньо.
