Great apartment with sweet and modern furnishing in the inner city of Zadar. Professional personnel and commodities. Great spot for "workation", working remotely and experiencing the pearl of Dalmatia. The balkan coffee pot in the kitchen was also a good friend during my stay :)

La stanza si trova in uno stabile all'interno della città vecchia di Zara. Come tanti stabili nella zona, l'aspetto esteriore può essere fuorviante rispetto alla condizione della stanza prenotata. In questo caso, la stanza sembra di nuovissima ristrutturazione ed è arredata in stile moderno. Il letto è comodo, con prese e luci a portata di mano. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito
Sono a disposizione un piccolo frigorifero, oltre a delle tazze e un bollitore, ma per quest'ultimo non c'era neanche una bustina di tè o tisana; anche se ci sono tanti minimarket nelle vicinanze, non ne comprerei un'intera scatola per un paio di giorni di permanenza, ma penso che sarebbe bello trovare qualche bustina di benvenuto. Il condizionatore in modalità riscaldamento è stato poco efficiente e molto rumoroso

Das Zimmer wirkte noch nicht ganz fertig (Steckdose halb drin, Lampen vom Bett nicht abgeschlossen) und gleichzeitig schon extrem abgenutzt (Duschkopf vom Kalk fast unbrauchbar, extrem muffiger Geruch im Bad und Schlafbereich und knarzendes Bett). Infos zum Self-Checkin kam erst 2h vor dem Checkin selbst. Vor Ort ist wirklich niemand, das Licht im Flur geht nicht, was den Zugriff auf den Schlüssel erschwert hat.
