Old Town Units - Mala&Vela by Belmont Realty

The location was perfect, right next to the central square and a few blocks away from the sea. There are plenty of places to eat, supermarkets, ice-cream shops and spots of interest because of being in the middle of Zadar’s old town. The apartment was super clean and comfy. Has everything you need to rest and also many kitchen items if you want to cook. The host was Nika and she provided super clear information regarding the check in/ check out. She also offers a selection of local boxes if you want to try products of the region. I totally recommend her place and will be happy to comeback soon!

Super zentral, direkt in der Altstadt

Es wäre super, wenn es noch einen Extra Mülleimer im Zimmer gibt und nicht nur im Badezimmer. Ich musste daher meinen Müll in einer Extra Tüte sammeln. Gerne auch beim nächsten Mal mehr Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung stellen.

I recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Zadar. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. I've never experienced such excellent service. Overall, a 10/10, despite some minor issues.

We liked how central the accommodation was and the air con was great. The old town is beautiful and a lovely place to stay.

We really struggled with the checking in and out times. Most places we've stayed on our trip were check-in from 1/2pm and check out up to 11am. This accommodation won't let you check in until 4 pm, which meant we had to pay to store luggage and check-out is very early at 10am. So again, we had to pay for luggage storage, which was an added cost for us. There were also quite a few hairs on the bedding, no fridge, there was also no safe and no privacy due to the glass wall for the bathroom. Most of the pictures are misleading as they are for the larger, more spacious apartment, not for the one that we stayed in.
