Perfect stay for a nice weekend away

In a great location with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay at this property. Great host giving great details how to get into the property. We even grabbed some fresh food from the market and cooked a tasty treat up in the apartment and ate on the balcony😊

The location is perfect. The room also faced away from the main square so there wasn’t much noise, even though it is right in the middle of old town.

It isn’t super accessible for people with mobility issues or people with kids/babies in pushchairs

Good apartment in city center

Good property in old town with excellent location in 2-3 min. walk from main tourist attractions. It is located in the fruit market. Host Mira was very polite and answer all questions we had. Room had balcony with beautiful view. There is also small shared kitchen that could be used.

Apartments are on 4-th floor and there is no lift. If you are with car you could not stay more than 3 hours in parking in front of city wall(12 kunas/hour). There is a parking near to Sea Gate which is on 7-8 min. walk with price 2 kunas/hour.

The apartment has everything you need including access to a well equipped kitchen. The weather was 32C and the air con was a life saver.

There are a lot of steps to the fourth floor but I had injured myself so may not be an issue otherwise

Good stay for 1 night

Great location, comfortable bed, and clean

It’s an apartment with three rooms. One is basically a studio with a bed, balcony, table, bathroom and kitchen. The other two rooms is just the bed and the balcony. I booked thinking I was getting the studio, but I didn’t. So the “kitchen was outside and the bathroom as well. Both shared with the other room with just a bed. They should be more clear on what are you renting because it wasn’t specific and the pictures are confusing

A pleasant stay, but some important things to be aware of:

--Great location: in the Old Town, but right near one of the entry gates, so a car/taxi can get you pretty close with your luggage. -- Nice balcony overlooking the city's vegetable/fruit market, with a view of the harbor and mountains in the distance. --Easy entry/self-check-in, clear directions from host via WhatsApp. However, I never saw or met the host during my stay, and there was no staff or reception on the premises at all, which of course would have been nice. -- Very clean, good wi-fi, fridge and kettle in the room, strong hot shower, access to shared small kitchenette.

Things to be aware of before you book: –Room is on the 4th floor with no elevator. You will need to climb 90 STAIRS with your luggage, so you should be willing and able to do this on your own, as there is no staff on the premises to assist if needed. NOT suitable for anyone with physical limitations. –Twin beds are extremely narrow and even smaller than a hostel dorm bed-- not standard size. Suitable for children maybe, but not adults unless you want to sleep like you are in a coffin and don't move. I am quite small and slim, and don't mind single beds, but I found it impossible to sleep. I can't imagine a larger person being comfortable. Maybe book one of the double/queen bedded rooms instead, unless this is for kids. –This is actually not an "apartment" at all , but a small hotel room -- which is fine, but the name is misleading. These are not apartments in any sense. The owner has subdivided an apartment into several individual bedrooms which all share a very small kitchenette. No sitting or lounge area, no common living space. They are nice rooms, clean and convenient, but calling it an apartment is inaccurate. – No reception or staff on site, and it would be nice to have some information on the area, or some personal tips, suggestions, or recommendations.

Great location, easy to get keys, good instructions - right in the heart of Old Town Zadar.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the old town with a little balcony looking over the market. It really was great, our room had a separate shower/toilet but it was for our use only and really wasn't an issue. It was clean and had excellent A/C in the room which helped as it was very warm.

La ubicación en pleno casco antiguo , la comodidad de la cama y el pequeño balcón para desayunar con vistas más o menos al mar.

No dispone de ascensor (no es disabled friendly). Me alojé durante la celebración del adviento y en la plaza tenían música muy alta hasta tarde.

So ein gutes Appartement wünscht man sich immer

Sehr saubere und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung in bester Lage, es fehlt nichts. Schöner großer Balkon, gutes Bett. Hier hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht und diese perfekt und liebevoll umgesetzt.

La situation geographique du logement et le balcon avec table et chaises. Près du marché.

L insonorisation des pieces. On entend le voisin de la pièce à côté marcher. Le partage de la cuisine peut poser question si certains n' ont pas les mêmes standards de propreté que vous. Peut-être ajouter une pancarte pour demander de nettoyer après utilisation. Nos premiers voisins avaient un très bon usage de la cusine, les derniers arrivés c'était différent.

Que estaba en centro histórico, sin necesidad de vehículo, había de toda clase de servicios alrededor.

Que el apartamento estaba en un cuarto piso sin ascensor.

Boende med mycket bra läge i hjärtat av gamla staden i Zadar. Mycket prisvärd.

Konsum ligger nära och det fanns en kaffekokare i rummet. Värden förberedde några kaffekapslar till oss. Mycket trevligt. Det fanns täcken i rummet, vilket behövdes på grund av luftkonditioneringen. Trevligt med balkong som har havsutsikt. Nära till flygbussen och utflyktsfärjorna. Mycket bra läge vid marknaden. Vi fick använda ett litet kök som hade det nödvändigaste. Även papper, folie och diskmedel. Tv och kylskåp på rummet.

Sängen var hård för mig och luftkonditioneringen var placerad ovanför en av sängarna. Det blev för kallt att sova under.

Lokalizacja super, bliskość targu z owocami warzywami. Wszędzie blisko zarówno na autobus na lotnisko, czy restauracje, zwiedzanie, statki na różne wycieczki. Plus za klimatyzację gdyby ktoś przyjechać w porze letniej gdzie są większe upały.

Proszę jedynie dopisać, że kuchnia jest wspólna (dzielona z innymi pokojami). Tu mnie trochę to zmyliło przy rezerwacji ponieważ na zdjęciu była ona pokazana a nie widzę nigdzie w opisie że jest ona wspólna. W pokoju jest ekspres do kawy i kubki, pozostałe rzeczy w kuchni wspólnej.

Bien positionné mais très bruyant

L’emplacement est idéalement placé dans la vieille ville. L’appartement était propre à part la terrasse qui était sale. Les indications pour arriver était très claire.

Si vous avez un sommeil léger, je ne vous conseille pas de venir séjourner dans ce logement. Les murs sont tellement fin qu’on a l’impression de dormir avec les autres locataires. De plus, les bars en bas mettent la musique à fond jusqu’à pas d’heure. L’appartement se trouve au 4e étage sans ascenseur.
