Very good location. Close to the old town.

The handle of the bedroom door was missing. A lot of things in the apartment were old. There was no shampoo, no coffee machine.

Perfect apartment for group travelers in Zadar

The apartment is 10’ from center, closed to supermarket and department store. It’s fully equipped with almost everything that you need during your trip. Damir is super friendly and helpful with any questions that we had.

Damir and her wife were so kind and nice. They are always willing to help, and they fixed the wi-fi in a moment, so helpful. Don't doubt to ask them anything, solution guaranteed! Great location, friendly host,the apartment had everything you could ask for.

Very friendly host who kept in touch about arrival and arrangements for key pick up. The location of the apartment was very good with a short walk to the beach and old town. Choice of supermarkets within a few mins walk and baker and small shop below. The facilities were great, toiletries, hairdryer and plenty clean towels. There was also information on things to do in Zadar and the surrounding area that was very useful.

Very good solution to visit Zara!

The apartment is big, with 2 bedroom and a nice balcony. The house is well furnished with a washing machine as well. the owner is kind and helpful! great position for the centre and beaches.

the palace is not very beautiful but this can not be changed! the apartment is not a 'luxury' one, but for sure it is confortable

Exceptional

Apartment is exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was 34 degrees Celsius when we stayed so we were very glad of the air conditioning. Our host met us upon arrival and departure. Situated a short walk from the town centre and also from the beach. I would have no hesitation in staying here again if I return to Zadar.

Superb

The flat was really well set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of utensils, cutlery and pots to make good use of the cooking facilities, same with the bathroom. Nice balcony to enjoy outdoor meals too. And great location, walking distance to the old town. The communication with Damir was really easy, he came to meet us to hand the keys. A really genuine nice guy, nothing was much trouble for him. Definetely will recommend!

,Everything was great, better than expected. The location is wonderful and is 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the arena and 10 minutes from the old town. The mall is right behind the building and there are bars, coffee shops and everything you need right there.

The room gets a little hot during the summer even with AC going, but it's not bad.

Love this place!

The apartment is ideal for people without a car. Very close to the beach, shops and the center. The apartment is very large and well equipped. And the greatest advantage of this place are friendly and helpful owners! I heartily recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is perfect for a comfortable stay in Zadar, very close to beach and Old Town, to great restaurants and bus station. The apartment was clean, spacious, the host very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Location is very good. Everything is nearby.

Apartment doesn't have a private parking. This is very disappointing. My car was damaged on a public parking with a ramp by an unknown perpetrator (repair cost €150). It's hard to find a free parking space. Aparment is pricey and it could be much cleaner for the price. It can be noisy due to the location.

El baño muy pequeño, en especial la ducha. El desagüe de la ducha no drenaba. Él duchador no se mantenía en su sitio. Los colchones muy gastados.

Perfect

De eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig en gastvrij. Het contact was goed en ze hielpen ons met alles. Het was een netjes, schoon en mooi huisje met een fijne ligging, dichtbij de oude stad en vlakbij club Opera. Het was een hele fijne plek en als we terugkomen naar Zadar kiezen we zeker weer voor dit. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en hopelijk tot ziens, hele lieve mensen.

Goede locatie maar appartement heeft een renovatie nodig!

De locatie is prima en de eigenaar is aardig en behulpzaam. De auto kun je parkeren op de grote parkeerplaats voor het complex voor € 0,40 per uur. Je bent dichtbij het oude centrum en strand.

Wij hadden het appartement geboekt op basis van de positieve recensies maar het viel ons tegen. Het appartement/flat is erg gedatteerd. [Zie foto]. Het meubilair is oud en stoffig. Het appartement bevat twee slaapkamers maar de woonkamer/keuken daarintegen is erg klein dat je er niet echt gezellig kunt zitten.
