Lovely flat just outside the old city walls. Hand location for the beach and the historic centre as well as many restaurants. Well equipped with a wonderfully friendly host. Highly recommend.

The location is ideal! Just a 10 minute walk to one of the main gates to the old town. Communication with the hostess was perfect and we were met at the property which is always so comforting. She gave tips and suggestions & was very reassuring. Breakfast at Karma is the best! Have the granola.
The room is silent despite being in an apartment building. Do not get discouraged by the immediate interior stairs and hall, it does feel slightly dated, however it’s a multi-use building & the suite itself is modern, clean and very safe.
The bed was so comfy & the shower hot & steamy & the water pressure was amazing!
Two televisions, separate spaces, coffee and toiletries - it had it all.
Booking.com has this listed as beachfront. While you can see the sea and access is not far… it’s not technically not beachfront. We didn’t care at all but if you do… just look closer at the map Photos to better see.
The hot water tank is small so time your showers if there are more than one of you 🤣
The crazy door lock systems! It’s fairly typical but slightly annoying, obviously not a massive issue just to be noted.
As a host - I might add an extra blanket or robes for those chillier days & seeing as the windows face a common backyard area.

The room was very clean, spacious and just warm enough. The bed was also extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Zadar. Location was also very close to everything I wanted to see.
2 dead wasps appeared in the bathroom on 2 occasions and I don't know how because windows were closed. I wasn't scared because they were dead but I was wondering how they came in and then died.
