Location was great, easy to walk to Old Town and the beach. Host was fantastic and very quick to reply!

3 nights stay

Location, washing machine, well appointed kitchen and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Host left water and juice in the fridge which was very appreciated. Bakery and convenience store nearby.

Unfortunately, it is directly bedside a gas station, which is a very loud gathering place for the local youth. Be prepared and bring ear plugs for a good night's sleep. Large plant in the kitchen takes up too much space.

Good location, spacious apartment.

The apartment was about 10 minutes walk to the old town, if that. The old town was beautiful. Also very near to Kolvare Beach. Inside was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our 2 night stay.

The photos on Booking.com showed a balcony overlooking the harbour - which there was, but what you actually saw when looking out was a petrol station! That was your main view. Also there is a night club over the road to the petrol station, so it got noisy and apart from the road noise - Horns beeping, etc, we were then all worken up early hours on Sunday morning at 4am when the club finished. The property is up 4 flights of steps, I knew this, but it was tough getting our cases up, and some would really struggle. Also Parking doesn't appear to be Free, unless you want to risk parking in a side street, or leaving it in a supermarket carpark. There is a busy carpark but it wasn't free either. The appearance of the building from the outside is pretty off putting too (which we didn't see, as there are no photos online, so was a bit of a shock) but it didn't matter too much once inside.

Fantastic appartment with a great view in the city of Zadar

The appartment has a great view over the bay of Zadar. The appartment is very comfortable and friendly priced. The owner is super friendly. I strongly recommend this appartment to couples or friends / families that want to visit Zadar.

The appartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elavator. We didn't realize this (maybe we missed the info). For us it was no problem (good exercise) but maybe important to know for people that are less fit or mobile.

Nice apartment, don't judge a book by its cover.

Nice apartment in Zadar with lovely views from the balcony. When you first arrive you may not be too sure about the place when you see the outside of the building, but once inside the accommodation was good, nice views and the hosts were great.

Comfortable, relaxing and easy going stay in ideal location

Fabulous location for everything you’d need for a few days in Zadar. Very close to old town, harbour for trips, supermarket a very short walk away, balcony with a view and not overlooked. Very helpful host and the check in and out were seamless.

Lovely flat close to the old city.

It was self-catering, exceptionally clean location, everything was as expected. The building itself is old and looks a bit run-down, but it is not a reflection of the interior. The interior was lovingly furnished and cared for and you could smell the fresh bed linen as you walked in the door. The location was excellent for walking distance to the sea organ and other sights. A fantastic restaurant is just a few hundred meters from the location, there is a grocery store and a petrol station close by. Free parking is also close by. But do pack light since there is no lift and you have quite a walk up with heavy luggage.

No lift, but the place was nice, so made up for it.

What a great experience! The owner was incredible and did everything possible to make our stay an enjoyable one! The apartment was large, extremely clean and comfortable...it felt like "home"! Great location close to the old city with a view of the harbor. All attractions were within a 20-30 minute walk. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Cozy apartment with a very nice view

On arrival, we received a warm welcome from Damir. The location is perfect and the apartment was very well equipped. Shops and restaurant and the city centre is all walking distance. Damir, thanks for the cake and drinks, we really enjoyed that. The washing machine was also a great bonus. We enjoyed our stay.

Great appartment for visiting Zadar

The apartment is perfectly located with a balcony overlooking the harbour of zadar. It's spaceous clean and fully equiped. Just a few minutes walk to the town and the beach. Parking was around the corner and a supermarkt just a minute away. The owner was super friendly and made us feel right at home! We would definately come back if we go to Zadar again.

Exceptional

Great location! Everything worth seeing in Zadar is within walking distance. The owners are very helpful and nice, available with a quick phone call for any emergencies. The apartment is well equipped and everything works well. The balcony has a super view of the sunset!

Its a four floor walk up, so if you aren’t used to it, it gets tiresome sometimes- but it’s easily manageable and the owners are upfront about this. The air conditioner is in the passage and not in any rooms, so it may take a while for the apartment to cool in the summer.

Schein trügt

Der Schein des Hauses trügt, man fragt sich wo man hier gelandet ist, jedoch ist die Wohnung wirklich schön und vorallem sauber und gepflegt. Der vermieter super nett und immer bereit und hat sogar Empfehlungen gemacht, sowie Getränke bereits im Kühlschrank bereit gelegt. Um die Ecke ist die Altstadt mit der Meerpromenade und 10 min zu Fuss gibt es einen Kieselstrand mit sauberem Meer. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Hafen. Würde wieder kommen.
