Clean comfortable and well located.

Very short stay. Was great for what we needed. Close to the bus station and had a handy Tommy supermarket in the street below. Comfortable clean adequate apartment. Thank you.

Recommended stay in Zadar

Great location, and very comfortable apartment. There's a large public parking in front, so coming by car is not a problem. The beds are extremely comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for a few days' stay.

Very helpful host made us feel welcome. Host sorted out a problem of my own making without fuss. Well furnished, very comfortable and spacious, plenty of storage. We were very happy to be there. Kitchen was small but equipped better than many other holiday apartments having an oven and full size hob. Windows are well shaded and the apt remains cool even in hot weather. Excellent bakeries nearby, several small supermarkets within 5 mins walk, interspar hypermarket is 10 mins walk. 2 mins walk to marina, about 10 mins to the old town. Thoroughly well recommended this apartment.

Great location in the centrum and near old town. Bus stop on the othr side of the road. Everything was clean and functional. Good beds and space. The owner was nice and polite.

Excelente

Casa espetacular, toda renovada. Localização muito boa, a 10 minutos a pé do centro e do porto dos ferrys, 10 min a pé da estacão de autocarros e 10/15 min das praias mais frequentadas. 2 quartos espacosos com colchoes confortaveis. Cama de casal enorme. Ar condicionado na sala a funcionar bem. Cozinha nova totalmente equipada com o essencial para uma curta estadia. WC boa e funcional. A anfitriã fui super simpática e deixou-nos ir mais cedo pousar as malas, e o check in e out foram simples. Recomendo!

Localização nao é totalmente no centro, implica sempre uns 10/15 min de caminhada. Mas faz-se bem!

Super sejour

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Il y avait bcp de petits a côté très pratiques : sel, thé, sopalin, lessive, éponge, tablette lave vaisselle... L'appartement était parfaitement situé pour tout faire à pied : plage de Kolovare (très bien équipée, douches, eau potable...) à 5 min a pied et vieille ville à 10 min a pied. Un centre commercial a 2 min.... Et une boulangerie / un mini supermarché en bas de l'immeuble

Le parking payant (certes en face de l'immeuble) 1€/ l'heure cela chiffre vite quand on reste qq jours. Par contre il est vrai qu'une fois que nous avons pris nos repères nous avons réussi à nous garer gratuitement dans les rues avoisinantes.

Espace dans l’appartement, bien équipé. Parking pas cher en bas de l’immeuble.

Immeuble type hlm , mal isolé avec le bruit de la route. Clim uniquement dans le séjour donc très chaud dans les chambres. Nettoyage douteux (cf douche). Le pire est le manque de communication avec l’hôte et la demande d’un supplément pour paiement par CB. Honteux !

Das Apartment liegt perfekt vor den Toren der Altstadt. Ein großer Parkplatz mit sehr moderaten Gebühren gegenüber. Ein guter Supermarkt unten im Mehrfamilienhaus. Der Vermieter hat uns gut betreut und eingewiesen. Die Wohnung selbst sehr großzügig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Empfehlenswert!

Prima appartement voor een gezin met pubers om een paar nachten te verblijven in Zadar.

Prima appartement (we waren hier eind april). Goede prijs - kwaliteitverhouding. Beheerder reageerde vlot en we ontvingen de codes om binnen te komen, dat ging goed. Binnen is het netjes en schoon. Wifi werkt naar behoren. Op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen van de jachthaven en de brug naar de oude stad. Supermarkt en bakker direct onder het appartement. Parkeren op een grote parkeerplaats voor de deur (betaald).

De bedden waren wat hard (naar onze smaak). Het appartement zit in een wat verouderd appartementengebouw en ligt aan een behoorlijk grote doorgaande weg. Dus in de nacht/ vroege ochtend is er wel wat verkeersgeluid. Wij waren hier eind april dus in de zomer verwacht ik wel meer drukte. De (grote openbare) parkeerplaats voor het gebouw is alleen op zondag gratis. Er was een balkonnetje maar er hingen doeken tegen de zon dus voor zon moet je echt naar buiten! De keuken is wat klein en hier en daar is het bemeten wat betreft de ruimte in het appartement. Alles is netjes onderhouden maar hier en daar wat gedateerd en niet meer gloednieuw.

Tutto bene, appartamento posto in zona centrale vicino alla marina di Zara, Proprietario puntuale e gentile, arredamento molto efficiente con tutto il necessario per soggiorni anche più lunghi. Merita un ritorno, vedremo. Comunque complimenti.

Нам дуже сподобалося перебування в цих апартаментах! Розташування просто ідеальне — всього кілька хвилин пішки до старого міста. Для тих, хто подорожує на автомобілі, через дорогу є зручна платна парковка. Самостійне заселення було організовано бездоганно, все було дуже просто завдяки чітким інструкціям. Квартира повністю укомплектована всім необхідним для комфортного проживання — кухня, ванна кімната та інші зручності продумані до деталей. Чистота та затишок зробили наше перебування тут дуже приємним. Рекомендуємо це місце і залюбки повернемося сюди ще раз!
