A surprised find to get such a high floor with good view. Within 10 minutes to the old town and there’s cafes just along the street and supermarket and bakery.

Perfect place to stay in Zadar

The apartment was amazing and exceeded our expectations! It was only a 15 minute walk from the walk from the center, the kitchen was fully equipped with spices, oil and so on so we did not have to buy those extra. They rooms were comfortable, balcony very nice.

The location was ideal for our plans, in a walking distance to the old town and Krešimir Čišić sporta arena. Clean, cosy, detailed and accurate instruction how to enter the appartment. Nice view from the 12th floor.

A very nice and comfortable stay.

Andrej is very friendly and very helpful, he was very eager to make everything easier for us. He gave us very detailed information and even made a guide for the city, which I very much appreciated. The place was very nice, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very well equipped and clean. We had a very comfortable stay there.

Pleasant stay

Nice apartment with balcony on the 12th floor, good view, best equipped kitchen, wheelchair accessible ( but a person in wheelchair could not move without help. There is one step when getting off the car on the disabled parking spot, then a nice ramp, then one 10cm step to enter the building. For us the bathroom door was too narrow as well, only 60cm and the wheelchair is 65. Taking a shower was a challenge as well, shower cabin definitely not accessible.) All in all, we loved the place.

Tolles Apartment mit Meerblick

Das Apartement ist total gut ausgestattet. Kaffee, Öl, Gewürze, Waschpulver uvm. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist auch traumhaft. Die Betten waren auch unfassbar bequem. Auch der host Andrej hat bei Fragen immer schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet und war total sympathisch. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit, es war alles wirklich alles sauber. Jede Ecke, jedes Küchengerät war gereinigt.

Die Möbel sind etwas alt. Besonders die Küche, das störte uns aber nicht.
