Zadar stay
The place is very near to the old city and Kolovare Beach. Ivica was a wonderful host.We were accommodated earlier than the official check in time. The apartment is small but very functional with separate beds for all five of us.No sofas were used as beds.The place is quiter at night in comparison with the old city.Just across the street there is a money change with good enough rate.

Perfect short stay for Big Family while needed to make some online work
Perfect stay on the road home. We needed to stay for 2 days to do some online work - and it was perfect spot for it. Internet is fast and stable Old town is few minutes away - so we could enjoy it after finishing all work Beach is also few minutes away. Though it is very crouded - but we couldnt expect otherwise from beach in the center of the city Host was Amazing! Answering questions in minutes, very strict on regulations (COVID times, remember?) Very good explanation of enything we would like to ask him.
I do not have anything to type here - it was perfect stay.

The owner is very friendly and kind, he even gave us free juice for freshen up. He also gave map of zadar city centre, and easy guidance for check in and check out process.

decent appartment for a fair price
comfy beds, close to the shops, 10mins to the old town and beach. we were group of 4 adults and 2 kids - it was enough space.
little cool in the toilet (in march), dull yard around the building but its safe, overall good place
