Excellent location for staying. Right in front of apartment there is market and mall(not that a huge mall) together so you can go to there to get anything you need also market for fresh fruits and for beach and old town it’s like 10 min walk Apartment is very clean
Nothing maybe interior but some might love it

Great property, well presented and spotlessly clean. Great facilities and east to access underground parking with a loft to the 3rd floor apt. Well located for Zadar old town just 5 mins walk away.
Unfortunately I couldn’t get the aircon to work and overnight it became too hot and stuffy to sleep. The apartment is on a busy road which is fine with the windows closed but very noisy when opened. Had the aircon worked I’d have given the apartment a 9 or 10. The apartment owner advised me the aircon was working after I left - I tried everything but perhaps I was unlucky.
