Never found the property

We never found this property. Even parked in nearby lot to walk around to try to find it. The owners did not respond to my message I sent at 3pm until after 5pm letting me know I couldn’t check in until 7pm. I knew it was a scammer so never responded.

Alloggio confortevole, host disponibile. Qualcosa è da migliorare.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dal centro città. E' situato al primo piano ed è un aspetto di cui abbiamo tenuto conto nella scelta, perché la maggior parte delle strutture a Zara si trova ai piani alti (senza ascensore) e la cosa non è quasi mai indicata nella descrizione degli alloggi. All'interno è tutto nuovissimo e anche i letti sono comodi. Al piano terra c'è un armadio con lenzuola ed asciugamani in abbondanza e quindi è possibile prenderli puliti tutti i giorni. Adiacente alla struttura c'è un supermercato e per chi arriva in macchina c'è anche il posto auto riservato. Abbiamo avuto necessità di contattare l'host e ci ha risposto immediatamente, risolvendo il problema in brevissimo tempo.

Purtroppo nel piazzale esterno (dove affacciano la metà degli alloggi) c'è anche un punto vendita di alcolici ed è ritrovo di gente che arriva in macchina e si ferma a fare baldoria (anche dopo la chiusura del punto vendita). La prima notte (era un sabato) non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio perché sembrava di stare sopra una discoteca a cielo aperto, con la musica sparata a tutto volume dagli impianti audio delle macchine fino alle prime luci dell'alba. Le restanti notti sono risultate meno rumorose, ma comunque mai totalmente tranquille. Forse negli alloggi che affacciano dal lato opposto questo fastidio non si avverte. Nel bagno c'era pochissima carta igienica (nr.3 rotoli x tre persone per cinque notti) ed abbiamo dovuto acquistarla. Sarebbe ottimo se nell'armadio degli asciugamani ci fosse a disposizione anche della carta igienica. Inoltre, sempre nel bagno, non c'è nessun appendino per gli asciugamani, né per quelli da viso né per i teli doccia, e questo risulta veramente scomodo.

Könnyen elérhető a régi városrész. Nem kellett a parkolással bajlódni. Kényelmes ágy az esti alváshoz.

Nem volt egyszerű megtalálni. A megadott címen egy lepusztult épület található. Érdemes lenne inkább beleírni, hogy a Tommy melleti barna bejárati ajtó az. A környéken zajló építkezés miatt elég zajos a reggel és a környéken sem a legnagyobb tisztaság volt. Sajnos a közös helység csak jövő nyáron nyit.

Daliborka ist eine hervorragende und äußerst zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren stets gut beraten :) Die Altstadt und der tolle Strand " Kolovare" beide füßläufig supernah erreichbar! Wir haben die Tage weder Taxi noch unser Auto benötigt.

Studios très bien équipés, modernes et literie confortable. L’hôte a été rapide, réactif et agréable dans ses échanges. Petit plus appréciable : un magasin juste à côté.

L’adresse indiquée sur Facebook ne correspondait pas à l’emplacement réel, ce qui nous a fait perdre près d’une heure à l’arrivée. Une communication plus claire sur l’adresse exacte en amont aurait évité ce contretemps

Heerlijk verblijf vlakbij het centrum!

De locatie was super, het is op 8 minuten lopen van de oude stad. Het gebouw is heel rustig, je hebt geen overlast van andere gasten. Direct naast het gebouw bevond zich een redelijk grote supermarkt. Het bed was echt geweldig, we hebben hier super lekker geslapen!! We hadden ook veel handdoeken tot onze beschikking en er was een waterkoker en een koelkast. Bij aankomst kwamen we (waarschijnlijk per toeval) de host tegen en zij heette ons heel vriendelijk welkom! Aan de huissleutel zit een sleuteltje voor de privé-parkeerplek naast het gebouw, super geregeld!

Er waren eigenlijk geen grote dingen die tegenvielen. Voor de eigenaar zouden wij aanraden om ontbijtservies toe te voegen (borden, kommetjes, bestek), want er is wel een goede tafel om aan te eten. Handig om te weten voor gasten: de douche heeft even de tijd nodig om warm te worden, maar is daarna heerlijk. Er is geen douchegel aanwezig, dus zorg dat je dat zelf bij je hebt. Het adres geeft de locatie van de overkant aan (een sportcomplex), dus kijk goed op de foto's hoe het eruit ziet.

Domaćin je izrazito susretljiv te je sam ponudio da ostanemo duže u smještaju da se naspavamo pošto naša soba nije rezervirana na dan check outa što nam je jako puno značilo tako da prije svega pohvale za domaćina. Apartman izgleda fantastično, soba jako čista i uredna, nije nam centa žao i ne samo da dolazimo i idući put kad ćemo posjećivati Zadar nego ćemo ga rado i preporučiti svima ukoliko čujemo da netko planira ići do Zadra! 10/10 🥰
