We did not end up staying in the property, we found last minute accommodation . We felt unsafe and uncomfortable stoppin

Nothing to be honest

The entrance into the building door window was smashed, so initially didn’t feel the safest in the property or that it was in the best area. Lots of flights of stairs to get to the room. Once in the room it was dirty- stains from cups of tea on bedside table, dirty marks on dressing table the picture on the wall was smashed and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom

Nice apartment

Good size comfortable bed. Quiet apartment, nicely furnished. Easy to find, helped by clear given instructions.

Tempermental front door lock. Lucky someone living there let us in. Tv programming lost, no instructions and gave up trying to find it on google. Shower went cold quickly.

Was in the heart of old town Zadar. Room was overall good size. Offers a car park space if your driving in.

I found the owners were a bit misleading, we were told the day before we were picking keys up from a different location where we also had to park our car & lug our bags across to the old town, 5 min walk, then 3 flights of stairs to find your room. When we checked-in they told us they would only accept cash payment. & they also couldn’t offer me a receipt which defies the point of using booking.com Also there is a cafe that becomes a bar downstairs so very loud & difficult to sleep. Shower wasn’t great, overall a bit dodgy.

Great comfortable apartment in good location inside old town. Free parking also possible with advance notice.

Free parking nearby was arranged by host. Easy to communicate with host and very helpful. Apartment was inside the old town on a good quiet location and room was very clean & comfortable.

Some stairways to climb. Need to follow instructions to reach correct door. But otherwise host was quite nearby and sent help to assist us.

Communication was friendly and great. Free parking was nearby and off street. Apartment was within the old town but very quiet. Great bed, shower, hot water, WIFI etc... Free coffee in the morning!

Frustrating

location is in old town which is nice staff are polite

there are several issues here, all of which are easy to fix if they made some small changes. - check is process is not smooth. You have to collect your keys, pay and park before crossing the bridge to the old town where the apartment is. The parking is quite difficult to get into. They do not accept card. You have to pay with cash only. You have to find the apartment yourself after carrying luggage across bridge. You don’t know any of this before booking unfortunately. It took us 55 minutes to actually enter the apartment after arriving at the check in location. - Apartment is on 3rd floor. No lifts. This is not suitable for unfit/elderly people with luggage. They don’t help you. Again this is not known before check in. They give you 4 keys, none of which are labelled. - As soon as you walk in to apartment, there is a really bad smell from the bathroom. No matter what you do it doesn’t go away. The whole room smells. The shower had cold water and only the hand held shower worked. It was very cramped. - Room was generally a bit depressing and old. There was no duvet or blanket, it was basically just a sheet. - No sound insulation. I could hear the couple snoring in the room next door

A disappointing stay due to facilities and location being noisy.

Big room, tidy.

There were no smoke alarms in the property at all. The location was not easy to enter as the door key did not work at first. The local area was very noisy in the night. The property was shabby and scruffy outside and in the hallways. Car parking was not close to the property. There was no coffee or tea, only sugar. There was only one wine glass and no teaspoons. Balcony was not a pleasant space so did not use it. The description reads better than the actual place is.

There were communication problems: it was not clear how to pick up or leave the room's key. The place is located in a loud street so it is not so quiet at night and when other guests come into their room they can be very noisy.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location in the old town

Great apartment in fantastic location in the old town. The hosts arranged free parking for our campervan which obviously couldn’t be outside the accommodation due to the very narrow old streets, but was just over the bridge within walking distance.

There was a delay and some confusion with collecting the keys but this was totally understandable given that we were so last minute with our booking! The hosts were very kind and offered free coffee in the cafe.

Wonderful place to stay

Very clean. Very good location 3 minutes from the ehary of the old city. The host was very kind and flexible.

I was given 4 keys without a hint of which is for which. The front entrance key was finicky (don't put it all the way in when turning the key for it to work). Not a big deal but would've a hint would've saved me a couple minutes of trying to get in.

The location of this apartment is fantastic! The bed is very big and comfortable, the apartment is very modern and has everything you could need for a 1/2 night stay. Great that there is a parking space aswell!

The aircon wasn’t working too well. Also note that key collection is a few minute walk over the bridge to the accommodation.

There is a bar just below the apartment that has loud music until at least 2:00am, thus making it very difficult to sleep. Bear it in mind, if you want a quiet place.

Perfect Place to stay in Zadar

The location was very good right in the old town at the big bridge (where all the tours and ships leave from) and close to the main square and a lot of good restaurants. The key you get on the other side of the bridge in a Restauran/Bar that you also have a free drink for every day you stay in the room and it was very uncomplicated and the people were friendly I booked the room also as a joke because it was so girly ...it looks exactly like in the pictures The room and bathroom were both very clean and equipped with everything you need The bed was comfy and there was a TV

there were quite a few stairs to get to the room (but I already knew that before I booked it)

The shower was very uncomfortable to use, the shower tray got full of water in a few minutes, there was no mosquito net in the bath room and so we got into trouble with mosquitoes.
