Perfect location, in the very center of the old town. Modern furnishing. AC, floor heating, clean bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Pretty stained chairs in the kitchen. Third floor, accessible only by outside staircase (it should be more clearly stated in the apartment description)

Very easy booking, instuctions to take the key for the apartment (key is in the mini safe, you get a code), so you can come whenever (no stict check in time) which was perfect for us since we were on work travel and didnt know when exactly will we arrive (we arrived in the middle of the night so no drama with getting to the apartment), very good price and lovely balcony with a view to old pedestian area of the town🫶

Central apartment, very tastefully decorated, nice breakfast

The apartment was very luxurious, and it's in a central location. The receptionists were very friendly. The breakfast in a local cafe was lovely.

Some people might find it a little tricky to find - you have to pick up the keys first, then walk down the street to find the apartment, then walk down a different street for breakfast. I was on the sofa bed which I found very comfortable. I slept well, but my friend in the main bedroom was kept awake til 4am by people shouting in the street below. There could have been more wine glasses, crockery, etc, and I couldn't find a tea towel or a hand towel.

a gem in the city’s heart, but the key sits a street away.

The apartment is comfortable, well-kept, and located in an excellent spot within the city center. Parking on nearby streets is accessible and not difficult to manage. The only downside is the check-in process, you need to pick up the keys at another building, and walking there and back takes extra time.

Nice stay, comfy bed & sleep

A pure centre but quiet to sleep. Staff at the reception very nice, no issues with English explanation. Really good that we were able to drop off bags there for free. The breakfast was nice and you dont need to rush for breakfast.

A bit hard to find the entrance to the building, although they gave pictures. Top floor with 38 degrees outside wasn't the best for a pregnant person, but still doable and they couldn't change the weather 😊 once you are in,the air-conditioning was already on,so that was great!

Modern and clean apartment in the center of Zadar 🧡

Clean and quite big room in great location (center of the city) with good equipment and air condition, fridge, towels The acommodation offers trips for example to Plitvice, very good breakfast in the restaurant nearby

The stairs to 3rd floor without lift can be problem for older people, last days wifi wasn’t working and there was not connection of TV programmes but I don’t find it as a problem cause we had a lots of things to do

There were two TVs, however both were useless as there were no TV channels and the only way to watch any content was to log into some of streaming services (Netflix, HBO, etc.) via provided TV stick.

Three flights of stairs with suitcases.. Didn’t get the tv to show any channels despite someone coming to look at it. Washing machine didn’t drain so we had to use the nearby laundromat. Hard to get a parking spot anywhere nearby. Shower water pressure wasn’t strong.

We expected a bit more for that price

Positive: Location, design, the double bed room was nice. Negative: Bad noise insulation between the apartments. In the family apartment - not enough blankets for the number of guests, hardly any water pressure. When we arrived - there was no hot water, we had to turn the boiler and wait till morning to have hot water to shower. A/C was broken. Safe was broken. Important to know that the apartments are on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator.

Excellent location

The apartment was in an excellent location. We found it easily. It was clean and comfortable, even though it was small for a family of four. The communication with the staff was smooth and they responded instantly to the messages. I would like to mention that it was in the fourth floor and there was no elevator. There were no slippers as well and no pods for the dishwasher. Also, the pans should be changed. There were scratches and there were non stick. Stainless steel is recommended. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend to other guests too.

Lights in bedroom didn't work Bathroom wasn't very clean, antiquated shower holder is broken and doesn't stand up. No iron despite an ironing board. Blankets thrown in a corner of the walk in wardrobe

A big failure and arrogance

Nothing!

As a traveller who traveled around the world, this was the most unfriendly staff i have ever met. I got the room after waiting for one hour because they said it was not clean yet and when i went to the room to check the cleaning lady told me she was called very late to clean the room. So there is a liar here :) Besides, i think she has to rush herself the room was not completely clean, floors were really dirty as well as the bath floor. Plus, the AC was leaking "inside", my clothes were all wet in the morning. This was the worst stay for the last 5 years... Please do not do this to yourself.

The location is in Lower Old Town so walking distance to the sunset and restaurants, cathedral... Inside the apartment is clean and had AC for cool temperature.

The apartment is on 3rd or 4th floor, a lot of stair steps to carry luggages up. Also, the building outside is old and the neighbors kept smoking in the stairs or balcony. The stairs and the building outside looks old and dirty. A bit scarry to walk upstairs in evening when we got back from town. There's not much in the kitchen. I bought my own oil, sugar, pepper... to cook. Though there were pot and pan, plates, cups, bowls... very basic kitchen relatively compared to other apartments we rented during this Croatia trip.

Superb

Tastfull renovations recently done. Comfortable bed. Lots of windows but still private. Smaller unit but good use of space in the design. Centrally located. Managemt staff was attentive and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

The shower didn't have any doors, only fixed glass panels, so the bathroom floor would get wet even when trying to be mindful of it. Checking in/out needs to be done at the management office a 5 minute walk away. It's not a huge issue, but it just adds an extra step to the process.

The apartment was lovely and modern and in a perfect location.

The shower head was broken and the water would overflow out of the cubicle onto the bathroom floor. The apartment is on the third floor and there are no lifts, so I probably wouldn't recommend to older people. However this wouldn't stop me from booking here again.

Superb

The apartment was modern and the beds were very comfortable. The room was nice. Staff were really friendly, and let us keep our suitcases in the reception after checkout the next day so that we could get breakfast.

I didn't like that the reception desk was a walk away from the apartment and I had to go there to pickup the keys. Mainly because me and my friend had travelled for a long time and were in need of using a bathroom, everything just took a bit longer as we had to find the reception.

Amazing place!

Location - 10 min walking from Sea Organ. Flat had smart tv with Netflix. Very spacious flat, comfortable bed. Breakfast is in a restaurant nearby and can be chosen from pancakes, omelette, meat/cheese board, club sandwich, toasts with salmon. So you won't leave hungry.

Maybe more towels in kitchen and coffee/tea would be great, but overall everything was great for the price.

Apartment was confortable, right in the historical City center! Breakfast included Bed was confortable

There was no amenities for showering (gel and shampoo) and the Company didn't replied to our message in Booking - we needed to buy our own. The flat is in the 3rd floor with no escalator - this is inconvenient specially if you have luggage. The building itself is also a bit shady, felt a bit unsafe. Check in being apart from the flat made it inconvenient as well - while is a little walk you need to carry everything with you back and forth..
