Perfect stay

Such a lovely apartment right in the center of Zadar. I stayed in Room 1 (street side) and had no issues with noise at all. Slept really well and would highly recommend!

Great place for weekend city break.

Great localization-in the middle of Old-Town. Good place for bigger group - we took the whole floor - 8 people. Each room has separate bathroom. AC, shutters, comfortable beds. Just a few steps away from all city attractions (don't mind the noise though - it's city center :)).

We did not like that the landlord took pictures of our ID's - we asked him to delete them afterwards - hope he did. I think that the person who is making reservation is responsible for it - there is no need to check the whole group-very unsafe regarding data breach.

Really cosy and comfortable stay!

The host was incredibly helpful, providing some good recommendations and information about the area. The room itself felt very homely which is much appreciated when you’re on holiday. You’re right above the family-run caffe as well, so it was lovely to stop for a coffee in the morning 😊

A bit of noise at night from surrounding bars/restaurants, not a problem for me but could be for light sleepers.

Outstanding hosts!!

The hosts were incredibly helpful. They went far above to assist us. For example, parking was challenging and we were not sure if the spot we selected was okay to leave overnight. The host walked with me to the car to confirm. They also recommended some great restaurants, helped us pack up some items to bring home, and served excellent cappuccinos in their bar. The apartment is located in a great place and easy to go anywhere in the old town. It was very clean and provided everything we needed.

Great place! Hope to come back one day

The place is spacious and very welcoming and right in the Town centre. It was also very kind of Gina to let us leave our bags in the accommodation for a couple of hours later than check-out.

However the location is very central, it also comes with a bit more noise from outside. But Gina let us know when we checked in so we were prepared but in the end, we had a good time anyway.

One Night Stay, Zadar Center

The apartment was dead centre in the middle of all the night life. Just what Zadar night life is all about. The Restaurants, konobas, Small Alley ways and the people are amazing

It could get a little noisy at night, but honestly that didn't affect our sleep lol. However, There were earplugs supplied by the hosts.. The noise could be a bit much if you were staying for a little longer than we did. It certainly wouldn't put you off if you want to experience the nightlife of Zadar.

The host was so accommodating when we arrived late after a delayed flight. The property is in the heart of the city however there was no noise at all in the room despite being on a busy little street.

Thank you very much for the great stay! The service was superb, I was able to check in much sooner and the owner was very helpful, kind and always reachable.

The only thing I didn't like were the packs of shampoo and shower gel - if you could install dedicated shower gel dispensers or so, that would make it so much easier, because I was struggling to open those packs with wet hands :)

Exceeded all expectations

Dario and his wife were excellent hosts. They were extremely helpful and informative, friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is a bit hard to find and parking is limited, but it was well worth the minor inconvenience. We highly recommend Accommodation Gina ! 🥰

The host was super friendly. Hotel is right in the center, very convenient to reach. In the beginning it was a bit difficult to find the right place as it is on a small narrow street and they are giving the keys from one cafe. Otherwise loved the location and the host.
