A Perfect Base for Discovering Zadar – We Came Back!

We chose this apartment twice during our trip across Croatia (at the start and again at the end), and that says everything. It is exactly the kind of place you want to return to: spotless, comfortable, and extremely well located. The apartment is in the heart of Zadar’s Old Town, close to everything: the local market, cafés, restaurants, shops, beautiful churches, and even a lovely park just minutes away. Despite being in the center, the street is peaceful, and we slept very well — the bed and mattress are truly excellent. We loved the kitchen, which is fully equipped and allows you to cook if you wish. After visiting the local market, it felt great to prepare fresh food at “home” before heading out to explore again. Our host, Dragica, is warm, thoughtful, and a genuinely kind person. Her recommendations helped us discover wonderful spots around the city. If we return to Zadar, this will definitely be our first choice again. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Exceptional accommodation in the heart of the Old Town

We stayed here as a couple for two nights and absolutely loved it. Our host, Dragica, was exceptionally kind — she waited for us even though we arrived very late, showed us the apartment and its facilities, and even gave us a map with her personal recommendations for sights and great local restaurants. The location couldn’t be better: right in the old town, with churches, markets, shops, cafés, and restaurants just minutes away on foot. At the same time, the apartment is wonderfully quiet, and the bed — especially the mattress — was extremely comfortable, so we slept really well. The apartment is spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need (we even cooked a little and had all the essentials at hand). We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already coming back in a week. We can only recommend this apartment wholeheartedly!

It's very clean. It has unique features. It's very central. The bed was super comfortable and large, loads of space for two people. Dragica left lots of tea and drinks and she was very helpful and kind. The facilities were good.

The location is PERFECT. It is literally on the main street in the centre, all the shops and restaurants are seconds away. The beach is about a 10-15min walk away, which is good. Although it is located in the centre, the apartment itself is very quiet. There is AC and many towels. The host is a very nice and welcoming lady.

It would be nice to get some basic cooking ingredients like salt, oil, pepper, etc

Location was amazing, if you’re looking for something in the heart of the old city. Place was clean and the shower (although small) had different showerheads to choose from.

The door to the bathroom is very thin (and loud) folding door and has trouble closing correctly.

Location just perfect, in the midle of old city just near the People's Square. Appartment is big enough with little kitchen.

There is no normal sink, only very small one near the toilet. Shower cabin actually located in the kitchen. No microwave.

Perfect appartment to visit Zadar old town

The host was very friendly and waited for us despite our late arrival. Appartment was very clean, comfortable and with all needed equipment )including air conditioning). It is perfectly situated in Zadar old town. We even received some cookies as surprise. Warmly recommend.

Apartman je u neposrednoj blizini većine važnih povijesnih lokacija. Estetski ugodan, čist i uredan, udoban te ekonomično raspoređen i opremljen za potrebe gosta. Od prvog kontakta, domaćini apartmana su izrazito ljubazni, susretljivo su me dočekali uz dobrodošlicu te samoinicijativno usmjerili uputama o orijentaciji gradom slijedeći moje potrebe i interese.

Traumhafte Lage in Zadar - ein Urlaub, wie man ihn haben möchte

Wir wurden von Frau Dragica sehr herzlich begrüßt. Sie und auch ihr Mann, der im Gang sein kleines Geschäft hat, standen uns mit Fragen direkt und schnell zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen zum Übernachten (die Matratze ist super weich, man schläft sehr sanft) und zum Kochen von kleinen Speisen perfekt, ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden, das nur als Info. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und traumhaft. Zu Fuß ist ca. in 8 Min. die Meresorgel erreichbar und von der Haustür sind es ein paar Schritte zum Volksplatz, wo wir an zwei Abenden Künstler mit ihrer Konzerte genießen durften. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche kleine Supermärkte und auch um die Ecke kann man sich täglich mit frischem Obst und Gemüse vom Markt versorgen. Allgemein zieht sich durch Zadar eine sehr nette, entspannte Atmosphäre. Es war unsere erste Reise nach Kroatien und das schöne Land und die Stimmung haben uns überzeugt, wieder zu kommen.

Einige Kleinigkeiten kann man verbessern und zwar die Ausstattung mit Küchenuntensilien wie Pfannenwender, Kochlöffel, Schneebesen ....

Perfekter Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Zadar

Schon die herzliche Begrüßung war wunderschön. Dann, die Lage könnte nicht besser sein ( mitten im Zentrum und durch die doppelten Fenster wunderbar ruhig), und wenn man vor die Tür geht ist man im Leben. Beide Schlafzimmer hatten sehr gute Klimageräte, die auch sehr leise waren. Wir haben uns besonders über den leckeren Kaffee und die Kekse gefreut. Wasser war auch im Kühlschrank. Auch war alles sehr sauber, die Betten waren bequem und es gab genug Handtücher. Föhn, Waschmaschine, Duschgel, Spühlmaschine, Wäscheständer war alles da. Es war perfekt für uns!!!! Wir kommen wieder!!!!

Le calme au cœur de la bouillonnante Zadar estivale.

L'accueil chaleureux de Dragica, la propreté et l'emplacement, en plein centre de Zadar, tout en étant très au calme ! La fraîcheur du lieu en plein été, nous n'avons même pas eu à allumer la climatisation. La mini cuisine qui nous a permis de préparer nos pique niques. La douche pratique.

Le lit trop mou, l'étroitesse de l'espace, même s'il est bien optimisé, avec chambre, cuisine et salle de bain dans 20 mètres carrés.

Apartament w samym centrum starego miasta. Mieszkanie ładne, duże i komfortowe. Do dyspozycji gości wszystko co potrzebne: ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, żelazko i deska, wyposażona kuchnia, klimatyzatory w sypialniach i w kuchni. Bardzo czysto. Sprawny kontakt z bardzo bardzo bardzo miłymi właścicielami. Po wysłaniu prośby o późniejsze zameldowanie z powodu opóźnienia samolotu pozwolono nam przybyć do apartamentu już po północy. W dniu wyjazdu pozwolono nam zostawić w mieszkaniu walizki na kilka godzin po wymeldowaniu. ❤️

Jedyny minus to cienkie stropy, przez co słychać kroki w mieszkaniu powyżej, ale wystarczą stopery do uszu na noc.

Perfecto para conocer Zadar

Perfecto aspartame to en el centro de Zadar, cerca de la plaza del Pueblo. A 10 minutos del puerto de donde salen las excursiones y menos del órgano del mar. Disfrutamos mucho del Zadar antiguo. El apartamento está totalmente equipado con todo.

Zadar : Mordi (non troppo perché costa) e fuggi!!

La proprietaria Sigra Dragica è stata cordiale e prodiga di consigli. Il monolocale, seppure piccolo, è pulito e dotato di tutto. Nonostante la vicinanza di molti locali, l'affaccio in un cortiletto interno lo rende silenzioso.

Il bagno minuscolo. Adatto più per singles che per coppie. Prezzi in genere troppo alti a Zadar, sia per gli alloggi che per la ristorazione. Penso che il rapporto prezzo/qualità complessivamente non soddisfi i turisti.
