Ideal for a couple who wants to stay in Zadar old town!

Excellent location, cleanliness of the flat and good communication with the owner Andrea! We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Zadar!

The only annoying thing is the stairs, the flat is located on the top floor of the building. We cannot think of anything else.

Lea Maria, a real gem in Zadar

This is an exceptional studio style flat, exactly as described in the advertisement. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. The flat is located in a fabulous position in the Old Town and within easy walking of attractions, activities and restaurants. Our host Andrea is a genuine and lovely person, who could not do enough to help with towels, bedding, advice, guidance and recommendations. I cycled with a friend and the rentals were all excellent value. So much beautiful countryside and small fishing villages to explore, we are definitely coming back and Andrea will be my first call.

There is not much to dislike here other than 4 flights of stairs to the flat.

Nice clean studio appt. location good. Nice host who drove us to bus station on our departure. On third floor with no lift. Host assisted with luggage on arrival

Heerlijk verblijf gehad, fijne locatie.

Heel comfortabel en goed uitgerust appartement in het oude centum van Zadar. Zeer vriendelijke host die echt met ons begaan was. Ze was dag en nacht bereikbaar. Gebruik gemaakt van de luchtenhaven service omdat we een nachtvlucht hadden. Kortom: heel fijn verblijf gehad en we raden het zeker aan 👍

Het appartement is op de vierde verdieping en er is geen lift. Maar als je goed te been bent is dat geen probleem
