The apartment, the location, and our hosts were above and beyond our expectation.

The apartment was clean, everything top-notch, and our hosts were more than generous. Upon arrival, we had a beautiful plate of various cheese and hymns. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Zadar.

Perfect in every way.

Clean and modern. Everything was perfect. It was nice to have an extra half bath (toilet and sink). Host provided a delicious fruit basket, milk, juice, beer, candies. She thought of everything! All 5 of us agreed that it was our favorite place of our 4 different accommodations on our trip. We didn’t do any cooking, but I’m sure she must have all the things you need.

This was an outstanding property providing all the equipment and functionality that you could need for a short-term stay. Super clean and practical with a very helpful and friendly host making us feel welcome and well looked after. Just a really short walk from the centre of Zadar. .

Spotless Apartment and Amazing Hosts

We had an amazing stay! Zrinko and Aida are truly exceptional hosts – they welcomed us with cold drinks and snacks after our long trip. Their hospitality made us feel at home right away. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the location is perfect – peaceful yet close to everything. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to return!

Exceptional place in a quiet area few minutes from old town

Everything was excellent. Apartment is brand new in a very quiet area few minutes walk from old town. Hosts were very nice and helpful. We were family of 5, there was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed our stay. I can sincerely recommend this apartment to anyone planning to visit Zadar

Wonderful apartment and welcoming host. Location is quiet and in easy walking distance from the old town and bus terminal. Apartment and furnishings are new, clean, and comfortable. The terrace is sunny and lovely. Note that the laundry machine does both washing AND drying and works great.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The location was perfect – close to the city center, yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We loved the thoughtful touches, like complimentary refreshments and local tips from the host. Their hospitality was beyond compare! Having shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby was so convenient. Exploring Zadar's charming streets and vibrant atmosphere was an absolute joy. Great place with fabulous looking inside. Owners of the place was very willing to help. Up to this point that I can say that I’ve never had better hosts. The Apartment itself was very comfortable and we find it as a great place to spend time. We also had some local Food as a souvenir for start. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recomend it!!!

Great location as it’s only a short walk to the old town and to the beach. The place is very modern and clean. Spacious living and dining areas. Also has a nice outdoor area too. Beds were also nice and comfortable. Would highly recommend

Rent och fräscht överallt. Trevlig balkong. Sköna sängar. Bra med två toaletter. Hög standard på inredning och kök. Lugnt och tyst läge. Nära både strand och Gamla stan. Mycket bra mottagande på plats även om vi kom på kvällen.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, nur ca 5 Gehminuten vom Strand, ca 10 Gehminuten in die Altstadt; sehr liebe Gastgeber (da wir am Feiertag angekommen sind, gab es eine Jause für uns; Flughafentransfer in beide Richtungen zu sehr fairem Preis wurde organisiert) - für uns war’s perfekt. Volle Empfehlung

TOP volba v Zadaru – perfektní ubytování a skvělí hostitelé

V Zadaru je možná milion apartmánů, ale po dvou měsících, které jsme zde s rodinou strávili, můžeme s naprostou jistotou říct, že jsme si nemohli vybrat lépe. Apartmán je skvěle situovaný – na klidném místě, ale zároveň v ideální poloze jak pro procházky do historického centra, na pláže, tak i pro výlety po okolí. Samotné ubytování bylo naprosto perfektní. Moderně a prakticky vybavený apartmán, kde nám opravdu nic nechybělo. Všechno bylo čisté, voňavé a připravené tak, abychom se mohli hned cítit jako doma. Ocenili jsme pohodlné postele, rolety v každé místnosti (což je v létě obrovský benefit) a úžasnou terasu, na které jsme trávili spoustu času. Zvláštní poděkování patří majitelům – jejich pohostinnost naprosto předčila naše očekávání. Pokud bylo potřeba cokoliv vyřešit, odpověď přišla téměř okamžitě – s úsměvem a vstřícností. Měli jsme pocit, že jsme opravdu vítáni, ne jen ubytovaní. Cestujeme poměrně často, ale tento pobyt – především díky kvalitě ubytování a přístupu hostitelů – řadíme na absolutní špičku. Děkujeme za krásné léto. Pokud Zadar znovu, tak jedině sem.

-> Bardzo czysto -> Nowy i super wyposażony apartament (żelazko, deska do prasowania, pralka, suszarka do prania, zmywarka, maszyna do kawy, maszyna do lodu, suszarka do wlosow, klimatyzacja w kazdym pokoju oraz rolety) -> Idealny na pobyt 6 osób -> Pani właścicielka przemiła. Przywitała nas koszem owoców, talerzem szynek i sera oraz własnej roboty dżemem -> blisko do sklepów, restauracji i plaży oraz starego miasta -> w ogrodzie mogliśmy użyć grilla. Właściciele przygotowali nam węgiel oraz stol i siedzenia.
